The service was brilliant as usual.
I always use Evans Halshaw Redfield Road for my car service and MOT.
Yesterday 28th July full service and MOT.
The team always keep me informed every step of the way sending video of car and work required and asking my approval before any work commences.
Extremely friendly and professional team from Admin to service department.
Well done everyone.

My car had a Do Not Drive order, contacted EH , very supportive staff, only had to wait a couple of weeks, car collected & brought back beautifully valeted inside and out.
Driver extremely friendly & helpful. Very impressed with this company.

Easy booking in process, drop off went fine. Kept informed every step of the way what needed to be done. 5 star service as usual. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really poor customer service.

The car itself is fine so far but we won't ever be buying from this dealership again. The whole process was unprofessional, incompetent and we were left feeling frustrated.

Booked an appointment and reserved a vehicle online - vehicle was not ready when we showed up to the appointment. When we had finally test driven and were happy with the car we had to listen to 3 levels of upsells (and just wait, there's another after you've purchased the vehicle which is better value than one of the original upsells).

Had to wait 4 days to pick up vehicle (which is fine), had an appointment booked and told we didn't need to pay anymore than what we already had (also fine). Then on the day of collection we were rung and asked to come in earlier (not okay) and asked why we weren't paid (not okay) and when asked for the payment information which hadn't been sent over to us to pay early (very not okay) Chris didn't do it until after I'd rung again hours later and spoken to a manager. We would have happily sorted this out before the day when we had to scramble to do this at work!

When we finally got there we felt very rushed (as he wanted to squeeze in another appointment). We weren't shown the screen during the taxing of the vehicle so he was just inputting our card details in a manner we couldn't see and there was no time allowed for extra questions or for us to fully read the information presented. However, plenty of time was given for the fourth upsell spiel.

The car absolutely stinks of acetone (which it did not on test drive day), the 'valet' was poor (rubbish left in the vehicle, water streaks on the car so clearly not polished). Worst of all - we were told the service book was in the car only to find out it's nowhere and now the garage doesn't know where it is! Devaluing the vehicle! We still haven't got the service book and user manual despite having asked for it on the day.

We had also asked about modifications, told there were none and found that there were in fact modifications we've had to now remove (edge visors).

Don't even get me started on the mess of a car park.

Booked my car in for m o t and service with this company which I have a monthly plan with. I spoke to a representative who informed me my car could be collected and returned if that was my choice which it was. Car was collected on time, I recieved a call to let me know the outcome and my car was returned after approx 6 hours all cleaned inside and out. I had an e.mail with a video of the work carried out and any advisories. I found staff very friendly and everything went smoothly. I would recommend Evan Halshaw.

No messing around on arrival, sat and waited a couple of hours and service completed. Very efficient and great being able to track progress via phone.

Service at Evans Halshaw. Booking in was great, very efficient. Everyone was really helpful, I received a prompt service update and breakdown of the service that had been carried out, it was speedy, efficient and all done within a couple of hours. Great service.

Very happy with the service I received they collected my car and returned it within a few hours and they washed and hoovered it very friendly people.

So I was dealt with by a guy called Rohan. The buying experience was painless enough. I already knew what I wanted, so his job in selling it to me wouldn’t have been that difficult.
On the day I was told the aircon was re-gassed, this was a lie. The air conditioning either doesn’t work or it was never re-gassed. Either way Evans Halshaw would have known this.
I was then told by Rohan one of the two keys was broken, and a replacement had been ordered from KIA, and guess what, that has never materialised either. So that would be another lie.
I know car salesmen have a reputation for lying to customers. Unfortunately thats just the way things are. Strange then that Rohan would be expecting a 5 star review, and his name mentioned, given the circumstances. (At least one of us has delivered on a promise)
Shame really, all he had to do was be honest. At the very least you now know to trust…..or not.

On arrival at the dealership office,they where quick and pleasant throughout,the service was done to time and had no concerns

My car broke down with a major fuel leak they had it picked up by the rac within an hour then I received a call from them explaining what the fault was due to the time 15:00 it would be worked on the following morning then around 13:30 they called and explained everything to me and that I was able to collect it as all the repairs were complete great place great staff

Evans Halshaw in Nottingham - Lenton lane. The help and service from Matt and Tailor in the service dept was absolutely outstanding. So efficient and resolving any issues. Extremely helpful going over and above, these guys were so supportive. Buying a new car from here was brilliant too from Nick. Thank you again Matt, and Tailor, and Matt also speaking to customer services to resolve my issue, he gave me so much help and service, I wish there were more people as brilliant as him. Thanks a million Matt and Tailor you are the best - Kelly Rudkin.

Took my wife's car in to have further work completed from previous visit. Great work again from the service team could have asked for more. They even cleaned the car again thank you.

Myself and my partner recently brought a car from Evans halshaw ,the salesman we used was Alex jaques very knowledgeable nothing was to much effort made it very easy for us to buy the car we wanted highly recommend a visit

Use convertible purchased and noticed on collection that one of the rear headrests was missing as well as a broken fuel filler cap. Whilst the Dealership agreed to replace both, after nearly months of chasing, they send a damage headrest (which they refuse to accept with it being a used car) and still haven't sent the fuel cap (3 months later). It also turned out the replacement headrest isn't even the correct one for the car. Complaints have been ignored.

Very good service and staff very polite and helpful

I viewed a few cars and was supported in a friendly and professional manner and felt at ease. All my questions were answered and explained. Chris was very attentive and followed up on all my queries.
