Easy to book my car in for a service, and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. My car was ready at a time convenient to me and when I collected it, it had been washed and vacuumed. Great service.

Being kept informed throughout and responding to my requirements

Initially, the experience was pleasant. However, this quickly changed after collecting the car. The vehicle was not prepared to a standard I deemed acceptable for a relatively new car. The interior was messy, and the tyres were not inflated to the recommended PSI. Additionally, I found a name badge from a Ford dealer left in the glove box.

Furthermore, the Home EV plug and the child lock key were missing from the Hybrid car. Despite being promised that these items would be sent in the post the following Monday, they have not arrived. After another follow-up call, I am still waiting for the EV cable.

Communication has been slow, and from a financial standpoint, the funds that were due to be transferred to my account have not been processed, despite being told they would be done on the day I collected the car.

I accepted the mistakes related to the car's taxation and decided to proceed, but it adds to the overall negative experience. When I first inquired about the car, I asked if its listed price exceeded the threshold for additional road tax fees. I was told it did not. Only when we taxed it was I informed that the premium tax applied. An app was blamed, but on reflection, it seems like a sales strategy to entice consumers into spending more.

In conclusion, my judgment is based on the quality and rush to get the car off the forecourt. For this sale, I believe the standards were not high enough. As a consumer, I judge the car's preparation above all else. I have never collected a new car with a messy interior, a worker's name badge, flat tyres, and missing equipment.

Communication has really let this sale experience down, and the car's preparation ultimately makes me question whether I would buy from this brand again, or at least from this branch.

I was disappointed with the information that was supplied to me when I had asked various questions regarding the car. Only to be let down by the salesman that was supposed to do the handover, He told me that was his day off but would come in and do it. No wonder he did not come in, when I arrived the at 10.40 am after travelling from Glasgow the car had not been prepared various points of damage on the car. one key but missing the key blade. I was not happy after emailing to say the eta was 10.30-1100 am I eventually got away after having to haggle on price four and a half hours later. To travel back to Glasgow round trip 13 hours. Then engine management light came on. Would you buy from them ?
