Good no problems staff very good and knowledgeable

Buying car no problems. After sales diabolical. Reported brake issues ( discs warped), refused to believe me. Offered to carry out AA inspection, if EH Blackburn were wrong they paid. Refused. Told to take car to nearest EH garage. Glasgow branch inspected car and agreed with me. Contacted EH to inform them of the findings. It took both branches a couple of weeks to agree cost. On the 3rd of March EH Glasow carried out the repair successfully. As off the 10 March have heard nothing from EH Blackburn , even to ask how did we get on. Unacceptable. Took the shine out of buying the car. Glasgow branch thanks 10/10.

My vehicle engine had broke on me causing distress and interuption with my buisness. Mr asad and Mr izaaz from Blackburn Evanhalshaw made the process very easy for myself. With the finance agreement selecting the vehicle and getting me back on the road. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to change thier vehicle.

I don't usually do reviews unless someone has exceeded my already high expectation of customer service. Asad is the only person you need to speak too in this dealership to get what you want, a dream car. I drove 2 hours to see him, brilliant knowledge, wasn't pushy, very chill, we worked on getting the monthly costs to somewhere I'm happy with and we did this. He kept me updated even after working hours which is above and beyond, we even had a problem signing the northridge finance agreement which had nothing to do with evans halshaw and everything to do with northridges useless system but asad had an idea, sent it to my local which I wet signed, fired it back and within 1 day I was collecting my car, brilliant hand over, explained every step and last of all he advised my partner and I too visit a local halal eat in called 16th street. Let me tell you right now, these smash burgers are literally the best tastiest, crispiest well prepared burgers I've had, fries were beautiful as I opted for one with cheesy sauce and diced crispy chicken. Low prices, big potions, clean and slick service through and through. I thank you eternally Asad if you get to see this and for those customers reading, just go see him, simple.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic experience at the Blackburn Branch of Evans Halshaw dealing with Renyo. We viewed and test drove a car a week ago but unfortunately it sold as we'd gone away to make a decision regarding the purchase. Renyo gave some great advice and wasn't pushing or overbearing regarding that sale. We went away to try and source a similar car but knew we wanted to deal with Renyo. Due to his excellent customer service, I reached out to Reyno as we'd seen a similar car but at a Leeds branch. Renyo arranged it to be moved to our local branch for us to purchase. He went above and beyond. He wasn't pushy, completely honest and very witty. Even made a nice hot chocolate too!!! Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Renyo! We now have our perfect family car.

Fantastic top notch service, even for just an MOT. Car booked in for MOT, they also gave it a health check and min valet and wash. This is an exceptional level of service.
