Staff at Evans Halshaw very good and explained what was necessary to me. They kept me informed regarding the servicing of the car and when it passed its MOT. I would definitely recommend them.

Pleasant and quick
I was able to work in the customer waiting area while my car was being serviced, it's basically a mini office. I was given regular updates and the process only took 2 hours, which is what I was told when I booked. Overall a pleasant and easy experience.

Do not buy from Evans Halshaw Citreon…
Do not buy from Evans Halshaw Citreon Leeds. We were sold a car on 31st January with multiple MOT failures and issues that meant the car was dangerous and undrivable. When trying to have this resolved the team were unapologetic, dismissive, slow and unhelpful. We have had to engage lawyers and even though the rejection was finally agreed on 16th October, we are still waiting on our money. It's now 28th November. Disgusting and outrageous. The upset, distress and inconvenience that has been caused is horrible. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. We even attempted to complain through official channels and this was ignored. Also receiving this email request for feedback when we are still awaiting our money was just ridiculous. Shame on you Evans Halshaw Citreon Leeds.

Well once again through my work i had…
Well once again through my work i had to use these dire company. Thought leeds branch would be better than Wakefield. Sorely disappointed. Emergency recall on my work van and got a staff that was totally uninterested. Tolld me maybe middle of dec i could book. Vauxhall say its imperitive to be done. Once again evans halshaw show there distain for customers. But good thing is my company has now gone to perrys and blocked 700 engineers using them. And about time.
