Evans Halshaw - Citroen and Peugeot Cardiff Arvostelua 

Called up to book a van in for service warrenty repair, guy is playing mind games and being really rude and weird. Hung up and called Bassets. If any management reading, listen into call Friday 14th at 13.30 to the number ending 645. I am only posting as I would want to know if this guy was dealing with my customers.

I recently bought my car from Evans Halshaw Cardiff and had a brilliant experience. Tom looked after me throughout the whole process — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made everything straightforward and stress‑free, and I’m really pleased with my new car. Thanks again to Tom and the team

Went to an agreed appointment at their Cardiff branch to Meet Mike C in used car sales to test drive a car we were interested in.
We were waiting 40 minutes over our time, with no offer of a drink or apology.
We finally approached another member of staff to help, he prompted Mike who then stated he was ready.
Once we sat down, there was no apology for keeping us waiting, he called us by the wrong name and then proceeded to tell us that the car we were to test drive was still in the body shop!
We drove an hour for this appointment.
I asked why he didn’t call to let us know and he said he didn’t know!!
Extremely unprofessional and a could not care less attitude.
Such a shame, as we made the trip to actually make the purchase, as long as we were happy with the test drive.
Think customer service training is in order for this particular individual

Awful service disgusting attitude from start to finish! Too many things went wrong to mention and worse was the awful attitude from the staff member that I was dealing with. Insult to injury they have asked for my feedback several times and despite leaving them a 1 star huge cause for concern response. Their response each time has been that they are pleased I am happy with their service!! What a joke.!

The customer service we received from Jordan at the Citroen service department was outstanding. He advised taking out a service plan for my Citroen EC4 which saves us money. He kept us updated on the arrival of the part needed for my car and the part was fitted the same day. He was polite and courteous and was understanding of our frustration of having to wait weeks for the part. Thank you Jordan. You made a frustrating situation less stressful with your calm approach.

If we could leave 0 stars, we would. My partner had her service at the Citroen Service Centre and when picking up her car, the guy who was there was unbelievably rude to her. She couldn’t remember their opening times, so she googled it- both the website and google stated their opening times were 8am-6pm for that day. She got there at 5:30pm and the person there complained to her about the time she was getting there. She said sorry to him and told him that the opening times online show as 8am-6pm- his response was, “Well it’s been like that since Covid don’t believe the website believe the people who work here”. It was weird, rude, intimidating and upsetting. Won’t be returning.
