I live in the UK. I'm trying to access the store online to buy a book for learning Italian as part of a course I'll be starting later in the year. However, the site tells me I'm blocked from accessing the site.

Even though they are PMI's editions official vendor, they neither do not ship the ordered books nor they communicate the delay/issue. I had to cancel the purchase and claim the transfer via my bank. I notified the PMI...
I read a lot in Spanish and French, and I always order from them. They are a wonderful small business with extremely helpful staff (especially in the store but also over email). Sometimes books may take longer to come in stock as they're importing them from outside the UK, and their website is not exactly shiny, but it's well worth it to avoid the unethical shops like Amazon.
I ordered book and workbook for my French classes 2 weeks before my course started. It took ages to receive a book and now - 6 weeks since I paid- still no workbook despite I was promised on numerous ocassions that it will be shipped. I was advised they did not have it in stock and looks like still don’t have it. I had to order the same workbook via Amazon which arrived in one day. I phoned customer service few weeks ago- very rude woman on phone told me this will be shipped to me the same day and she will contact me with more details- then hang up on me and never got back to me. I emailed- no answer for days, then I received information the book is out of stock but will be there next week and they will ship it (4 weeks later no luck). I contacted them via Facebook messanger- they even did not bother to reply. I requested refund as this is robbery selling something what they don’t have in stock for so long- no reply. I am lost in words how unethical business it is and how rude customer service they have!!!

I had to email and ask them for the track and trace link for my parcel. This is standard information that in my opinion should've been provided automatically.
