Late, no correspondence & missing half the order!
I ordered as it was promised next day delivery. After ordering the website said expecting 48hrs not next day so I didn’t have it in time for an event. I sent a query asking for the courier to check delivery status as it said unavailable on my tracking but had no response. Items delivered 2 days after ordering and I am missing half the order! I’ve sent another query and still waiting for a response. Lack of correspondence is concerning not even an email to confirm the order. I hope I get my missing items as I need them for the weekend. If someone sees this and can get in touch with me about the issues on my order I’d appreciate it.

When I telephoned the woman who answered my call said that the other part of the delivery had been delayed in the warehouse and it would come out shortly.
No apology! She didn't seem to care.

We were not made aware of this until a few days later, and as a result, we issued a replacement order for you, and I can see that e did send an email to the email address on your account.
