Price for DL envelopes was beating everyone else (including Amazon and eBay), even with the £1.99 delivery charge, but at checkout it changed to £5.95!
I sent a complaint about it, and very quickly received a reply that they couldn't return the charge back to £1.99, so they removed it.
When I went back to the basket, the charge was zero!

Order was never delivered
I ordered for next day delivery. Website told me Friday orders are delivered on Monday. It's now w Wednesday night and my delivery has not arrived. I needed the pans for an event and am now out of pocket because I then had to hire pans. Not impressed, would never recommend this company
