Items never received and no refund offered

Ordered my service items more than 10 days ago now and still no sign of them, despite them advertising that the items would be with me in 3/4 days. I've escalated it to the Area Operations Manager but still no one has sent me the parts or, indeed, returned my funds to me. At this point, I've simply had my money taken from me.

They give me wrong parts

They give me wrong parts. After dropping wrong item back still waiting for a refund. Have been told that refund takes up to one week. Hard to contact have been waiting on the phone for 2 hours and no one answers phone!

No parts in stock

I paid for an alternator for a very common Jaguar XF, and paid an extra £9.99 for a two day delivery yet after 4 days and three phone calls still nothing. According to their own tracker its still is stores but apparently they cant locate it!

Disappointed with the service from the…

Disappointed with the service from the Wembley branch. I ordered two car light bulbs for collection, and when I went to pick them up, I asked at the till about ordering car mats at the same time. I was first told they could order the mats for me and email me when they arrived for collection. Moments later, the same staff member changed his answer and said they ‘don’t sell them anymore’.

None of the branches had the mats in stock, but when I got home and checked the website myself, they were still available to order for home delivery. I placed the order online, and the confirmation email said delivery would take 1–4 days. It has now passed that timeframe with no update. I phoned the Wembley branch and was told they would speak to the manager and call me back to arrange delivery, but I haven’t received any call.

When I collected the bulbs, they were also handed to me loose in a plastic bag with no boxes or proper packaging. For car light bulbs, I expected them to be supplied in their original boxes for protection.

The online ordering system works, but the in‑store communication and consistency at this branch need improvement.

Decent website, easy to order the correct part for my car and free delivery. Can't fault.

None delivery

Ordered a car battery and paid for express delivery for the following day, nothing turned up, reported this on line which was a waste of time. The following day after it should have turned up as no one had contacted me why it had not been delivered managed to contact customer services by phone and asked for full refund. Should have been delivered by the branch in Worcester 4 miles from me.

Absolute s*it

Ordered a car battery on the Wednesday, paid extra for Thursday (next day delivery) Thinking it will be here before 6pm like stated. Had to cancel the mechanic who was fitting it because it never arrived, also had to cancel the mot for the Friday as I had no battery delivered.
Called on the Thursday about 5.30pm to check if its coming but didn't get through for a while. I thought I was getting through to crayford but it was a call centre type thing. Lady said the driver has gone home so can't track and to call back in the morning as they shut in 10 mins.
Messaged the live chat on the Friday morning, they said they will contact crayford and will email me when they have information. Nothing come. I called the number again and spoke to a lovely lady, she called a person from crayford and called me straight back and said will be with me within an hour. She was lovely. Shame all your staff are not like that. Anyways, ring back an hour later and get a man who sounded like he didn't want to be there let alone talk to customers. Tells me its in the van and can't give me an eta...I went back to live chat shortly after and they say they will send an email when they hear back. Absolutely frustrating, you are normally good but this has been nothing but a disappointment. The only reason you have 2 stars is because the price (even though it would have arrived by now if i ordered from halfords and I would of had less stress with them as well) and the nice lady earned you a star. Nearly 2 whole flipping days waiting in for a car battery and having to keep cancelling things is a bloody joke! If its not here by 6pm then I will have to cancel the mechanic again and I cant rebook my mot thats due soon because of your crayford store! Absolute p*ss take!

Awful Customer Service and Communication

Both my headlights failed whilst driving at night so I Ordered 2 x bulbs with next day delivery. Didn’t arrive next day, which is fine - I’ll get them tomorrow and fit them then I thought. No worries. Chased up the order today to find that the Exeter Branch cancelled my order and refunded my money, without telling me because of course the money won’t show back in to my account for 3-5days. D1ck move - at least have the decency to have a reason or let me know so I can go to Halfords instead.
