Incredible prices, accurate shipment fulfillment, definitely a return customer.
Unbelievably good prices on the products I purchased. First time customer that will certainty be returning. The only caveat is average shipping time from the carrier - not necessarily eSupplement's note but a note nonetheless. I will absolutely be purchasing again.

Business days are calculated Monday through Friday so it can take up to a week and a half from the time it was shipped out. I placed my order for cellucore…
I placed my order for cellucore vanilla. I recieved a receipt for chocolate. I sent them 2 messages telling them they are sending me the wrong thing and to make it vanilla or cancel it. no response until 2 days later and they shipped me chocolate. 3 days later i placed an order for vanilla. The vanilla came no chocolate delivered. I emailed them and they said its out of their hands no attempt to find it no apology. I told them to cancel it. 3 days later it shows up. I think they realized they didnt shop it and despite being told to cancel it they still shipped it out late no apology, no explanation, nothing. very poor customer service.

I apologize for the poor experience that you had with us. We were closed on Memorial Day, which is why we were unable to answer your email until that Tuesday. We answer all emails within 1 business day (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays). I have escalated the issue with the flavor of your protein to our website team to see what could have gone wrong.
As for the order, we want to make it right to you so I have refunded you fully for the chocolate COR-Performance Whey and you'll be receiving a refund confirmation email shortly. I am so sorry that you did not receive your order when you expected. Our shipping time frame is in business days, which is Monday through Friday and does not include holidays. If you ever need your products faster, we do offer expedited shipping methods.
I see that your order was placed on May 18th (Friday afternoon) so it was shipped on Monday, the 21st and delivered to you on the 29th. Because of Memorial Day, you actually received your order on the 5th business day. Again, I apologize if this was unclear when you placed your order with us. Was a bit set off from the website…
Was a bit set off from the website offering numerous items at up to 75% off, but then discovering when trying to actually put them into the virtual cart that hundreds of the items were already sold out (should have been removed from the sale link).
The one item I found was processed appropriately and came a day later than I expected (took over 48 hours for the "ticket generated" to update with actual delivery information). The product was received intact and left on my doorstep.
Will likely shop here again, though give myself extra time before expecting to use the product.
