I have been shopping at Estorechina or chinacart for several years. Those years I received my entire order and fast shipping. The last 1.5 years I have tried FOUR times, and every time my order was either incomplete or I received something entirely different. And not to mention, shipping was very slow (perhaps due to COVID-19). The previous three time I was told to keep the items and use a code to receive 50% off and reorder. Well each time I got worst, never received what I ordered. This last time, they aren't responding to me. Therefore I want to alert everyone BEWARE.

Absolut Betrüger. Paket ist anscheinend seit 7 Wochen unterwegs. Es meldet sich auch niemand mehr und auf emails und WhatsApp wird nicht zurück geantwortet. Finger weg. Es wird nie was ankommen. Probiere jetzt über meinen Anwalt und Kreditkarteninstitut das Geld zurück zu holen falls möglich. Ist auf jeden Fall mit Stress verbunden. Kauft lieber Original Ware und behaltet eure Nerven für was sinnvolleres.

VORSICHT ABZOCKE!!! NICHTS DORT KAUFEN!!

Ich dachte eigentlich, China hätte sich mittlerweile von seinem betrügerischen Ruf befreit und würde Geschäfte ordentlich abwickeln.
Ich hatte bei EstoresChina eine Samsung Galaxy Watch Clone Uhr bestellt. Eine Uhr kam zwar ca. 14 Tage nach Bestellung an, die gelieferte Uhr hatte jedoch nichts mit der bestellten Uhr gemeinsam, weder technisch noch optisch. Es handelte sich um ein hässliches, billiges Chinamodell.

Auf meine Nachfrage beim Estoreschina-Suppport erhielt ich sofort eine Rückmeldung mit der Info, dass im Warehouse wohl ein Fehler gemacht wurde und sich der Rückversand aber nicht lohne, da diese Uhr dann meist entweder verloren geht oder beim Zoll beschlagnahmt werden würde (offenbar hat man schon umfangreiche Erfahrung damit sammeln können).
Ich solle diese Uhr einfach nochmals bestellen und bezahlen, dann würde dies korrekte Uhr nochmals versendet. Ich hatte dann vorgeschlagen, mir die Uhr einfach nochmals zuzusenden und wenn es dann die richtige Uhr ist, ich diese dann bezahlen würde. Das Risiko wäre ja genau das gleiche, nur eben auf Seiten des Verkäufers.
Auf diesen Vorschlag erhielt ich dann natürlich keine Rückmeldung mehr, EstoresChina hatte wohl bemerkt, dass ich deren Masche durchschaut hatte.

EstoresChina ist eine reine Abzockerfirma, die sich in der Sicherheit der Entfernung versteckt und absichtlich eine betrügerische Masche durchführt. Die positiven Reviews sind sicherlich von eigenen Leuten geschrieben und entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit.

Lasst die Finger weg von diesem Versender, ihr werdet auch enttäuscht werden!

I also just got scammed. Paid for 2 original phones and they sent me an Iphone clone. They say it was the warehouses fault, not theirs, yet they refuse to send me what I paid for. They also say, they will give me a bigger discount on my next order. I told them, that would be even more money they will steal from me.

They sent me a different product than I ordered. Charger is not functional, there are issues with software of the phone. As the phone is useless to me in this configuration I offered them to send me 50% of what I payed or to give e an address for a full refund. Then they stopped communicating.

This is very shity site. I got an iphone 7 Plus from them and I asked to be in RED Edition and they send me the box in RED and the device GOLD. I was really played by them. Plus the device App Store is in chinese and does not work properly.
I tried to contact them and they never replied. They come online for a while and when I contact them they logoff.
