Ernest Jones - Greenhithe Arvostelua 

I was buying my fiancé’s wedding band and found Earnest Jones in Bluewater. I have used them before for watches and the engagement ring.
I met Kelvin, a member of staff who was extremely helpful and found me the perfect ring.
I found a discount that was available and he applied it to the ring without any issues or resistance. I was really impressed by him.
I can highly recommend Earnest Jones as a result of his customer service.

Staff still working within strict covid restrictions but were very helpful and attentive .
Had booked an appointment to view a particular beautiful bridal set which was ready for me to try on.
Happy to say it was perfect.

Went to earnest Jones at bluewater with my husband and grandchildren for to buy something for my birthday. Due to covid there was a barrier across front of the shop to stop people just walking through.
A lady came over and asked what we were looking for and we explained we wanted something for my birthday but not sure what so asked if we could browse a bit. The sales lady then made a point of advising us that they ‘only had diamonds inside the shop and all other jewellery was in the window’. She said this while standing by the elastic barricade stopping us entering the store. I’m sure she cannot possibly be that condescending on purpose as she made us feel like she expected us to not have the money for ‘diamonds’. This isn’t the case and even if it was nobody should be made to feel like that. We did stand our ground and was let into the shop and ended up served by another lady and we bought a ‘diamond’ ring. I found the initial experience embarrassing and belittling. We bought a ring but didn’t go back to get the other item we were going to purchase just because we felt strongly about how we were being treated.

My visit was to arrange a watch service. I was made to feel a valued customer. Service options were explained and accepted. I then went on to browse the store and made a spur of the moment gift purchase.

I decide to browse as I was made to feel comfortable, had I not , then I would not have even considered browsing.

Excellent service from the Bluewater store. Rachel was patient, listened to us and took ownership of the issue we had. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Shown into the shop and sat down by the Engagement rings. There was not a flutter even when we as a gay couple asked to see the rings and in fact we were warmly congratulated. We were suitability left to browse and then at the appropriate time the assistant, Michelle stepped in to help us. Lovely proffesional help and fun to work with. Loved every minute of our special time.

As always the staff in the Bluewater branch where outstanding again. Everyone in the store is always more then happy to help and always make you fill welcome.

Great help in the branch, I was guided to the exact item I wanted. The earrings I bought are very pretty but one is harder to undo than the other which makes it a bit difficult to take off

I saw a watch in the window display of the Bluewaters store however due to two rude staff members , I only viewed the product but purchased it online. It came beautifully wrapped and the online service was absolutely great.

The staff members need training on how to deal with customers. Such a shame they lost out on a sale on the day.

Rachel was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Well organised during Covid. Quick and easy without feeling rushed.

It was a Sunday had to wait outside the branch for 20min until we were seen and after that the ABM served us and she was very helpful and professional and did not rush us and we got what we wanted and were very happy with the service!!!
