Everything was great I ordered my polo shirt Sat afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday fantastic service

I didn't receive my order dpd just left it on my doorstep (there's a picture) I live in a block of flat's with no safespace, so someone has obviously taken it. So I still have to pay for 2 boss tops that I've not received disgusting!! EQVVS won't do nothing about it. NEVER SHOPPING WHITH YOU AGAIN!!! FUMING.

At first was easy to pick my item a boss petempesto polo, it says take your usual size so I did and it was massive large bordering XL and I’m a medium so sent it back, the delivery was £5 and to send back £5, won’t be using this site again

Terrible customer service avoid all costs. Do not waste your money buy from any other store online, except them absolutely terrible, especially the returns department and speaking with the customers they do not accept any returns of faulty products. It’s like they buy and resell them

I could buy what I wanted at a sensible price. The delivery was very quick. Would use again

I found this webiste when looking on google for some trainers that the usual websites didnt have in stock. I came to trust pilot first and i did read a few negative reviews. But as they where the same price and the right size i decide to go for it and im so glad i did!! Arrived super fast, managed to have a code for free delivery so was suprised when they arrive in just 2 days! and packaged really well. Will definetley be adding EQVVS to the shopping list :D

I placed an order on 31/10/23. I received a DPD notification that I would be expecting delivery on 01/11/23. This delivery has been re-scheduled every day thereafter & has subsequently been cancelled every day thereafter!

For context, I placed an order on the same day from a company that makes custom items, based in Canada. This item has been made & shipped from Canada & is with me already before the item I ordered in the UK.

I appreciate that not all blame can be placed on EQVVS for this however there is an element of responsibility over the choice in shipping carrier that you use. DPD is renowned for its staff stealing items & parcels going missing.

DPD has given me the same stupid answer 5 days in a row, "please wait tomorrow for an update"! Tomorrow has come & gone 5 times now with the same answer still being given.

Apparently mainstream customer service in DPD can't understand or tell me why the local depot is 'holding' onto my parcel. They can't get through to the depot to understand why this has happened.

I am literally going round in circles with DPD.

I also contacted EQVVS to resolve this issue mid week. I got an email from them saying they contacted DPD & will get back to me ASAP with an answer. I am still waiting for the response despite a follow up email from myself looking for an update.

DPD has now advised me today (05/11/23) that the best thing to do is to get the retailer (EQVVS) to cancel the parcel from their side of things and re-ship the item again. If this isn't an admission that the parcel is lost (**cough cough - stolen**) then I do not know what is?!

I really do not understand why a retailer who is selling designer brand items, is using a 3rd class delivery agent with a history of internal theft.

Absolutely annoyed that I have spend at least 30 minutes of my day for the past 6 days chasing a parcel.

I really do not know what I can do to resolve this situation as DPD is passing me round in circles and EQVVS clearly don't like responding to emails (despite them indicating that they respond quickly in hours and even respond to emails out of hours).

I would suggest using a different retailer if you value your time & want your item reasonably quick without hassle.

Personally i had never heard of this site but when i typed in what i was looking for it came up and im glad i did. Quick delivey. Quality product. Also read reviews there and its a bit unfair people complaining about delivery which isnt the websites fault. That will be down to the couriers

Ordered once.

Items not delivered as driver couldn't find address.

They sent item back and I had to chase refund... And then chase a refund for non existent delivery

Great item not seen in shops in my area good price bought it end of...

I was able to find the item I was looking for (a bit pricey) but non the less it's the one I wanted.

Very disappointed!!

Having used this company a few times, I had some great experiences and have bought some great items at good prices, I’ve spent a lot of money in my last few purchases.

However, my most recent order was a Moose Knuckles jacket, which was very expensive, when I arrived, all good until I put my hand in a pocket and it had a rip and hole in it, now Considering the jackets are the equivalent price to Canada Goose, it’s the last thing I expected.
I made Customer Services aware and after requesting that I send them photos to prove the fault, I thought I would keep the jacket if they would be willing to give me a partial refund, trying to do my best, thinking I could get it stitched an no-one would notice. I was offered £20 as goodwill, they stated that because it had already been reduced they could not offer anymore than £20, my goodness! A £20 offer on a very expensive jacket to a loyal customer who even purchased the full years worth of next day delivery option as my plan was to use this company regularly. Never again will I use this business, thanks for going over and above for me, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Advice - If you order a Moose Knuckles jacket in denim blue, check the pockets as you could have my botched up faulty one.

Update on 2nd Sept. I did agree that the stitching had come loose in the pocket, what I should have said was, the jacket with the original price tag of £975 has a rip on the inside of the pocket, my bad! And yes it was in the sale and had money off, that doesn’t make any difference, I should still receive the same quality, would that be fair? And yes I did say I would keep it and deal with the rip, on the basis you offered me a partial refund, you offered me £20 yet I paid £750 for the jacket? It would cost that to take it to Timpsons to fix 🤦‍♂️

After visiting well know clothing store I almost purchased a mens Carhartt sweatshirt for £90. Common sense prevailed and I searched on line for same item. Stumbling across EQVVS, I noticed same sweatshirt for sale at half the price. I ended up with two for price of one. Identical sweatshirt. Same excellent quality and perfect fit . Will definitely use EQVVS for future purchases

Really helpful and polite lady helped me choose a t shirt at the Mansfield stall on the bottom floor of the shop yesterday, 5 stars would definitely recommend
