Dreadful! Two weeks after making an order all I have is the email confirming it. They have not replied to emails asking about my order, and when I try phoning, the phone just rings and rings....
Certainly won't use them again!

I placed an order of a pretty standard item on 5/5/22 - I have chased several times and only received one response - giving me a link to Yodel - there have been no updates and Yodel have no idea when goods will be received - on Equi Discount site says dispatched but clearly it has not - do not buy from here - there is no contact other than through email and 2 weeks and no updates not acceptable - very poor services

I made an order 8 days ago of which I have messaged the company several times to where snd when my order will arrive without any response back..I ordered in time of running out of feed and now I am out and have had to purchase elsewhere..the money was taken out of my account on the day of order and I have had no communication from them to say of a delay ..very poor service and I hope I am going to be able to contact someone for a refund as my order looks like its been forgotten and i am never receiving it

My order status is despatched but no tracking email received. Unable to contact by phone or email. Appalling lack of customer service. How I wished I had read other reviews before ordering my bedding. Steer clear,

Ordered items. Their courrier messed up. Impossible to get hold of Equisupermarket. Phone just rings and rings. Emails go unanswered. Won't use again.

Ordered Pony Nuts, they arrived in good time, no issue there. However I need to return some of it and I cannot get anyone to reply to email and cant track down a number. Absolutely will not be ordering again (interesting how they have kept off google reviews...

Still awaiting my delivery 12 days after ordering - no response on email when I have chased. My order says items pick. I will never use this company again.

If you place an order - please do not expect any communication of any kind. You can call and let it ring for 25 mins and no one will answer. You can email and you will never get a reply. Do I know if I am getting my order? The honest answer is havent got a clue. I am glad I paid for the goods on my credit card and have given myself a date to reclaim it back. More hassle than they are worth - please avoid if you want updates. If you like being kept in the dark and unsure what is going on - this is the company for you!

Seem to be waiting a long time for my order to be dispatched and still hasnt even sent. I would most definitely not be using this company again. Not sure ill ever get my order.

Waiting days for my items. No dispatch email, no response to my messages and no contact number to ring them. No idea when my items will be sent or even delivered! Rubbish service

Edit on my original 1* review! My first order was never received after nearly two weeks. However my second I have got 7 days from ordering, like others have said if you need supplements give yourself at least a week seems once shipped yodel deliver the next day and you can't blame equisupermarket for courier issues which is what happened with the first order. You won't find cheaper for gastriaid and superflex so I do think its worth the wait!

Great service as always. Great discounts when buying two bags of feed (I got two Top Spec joint balancers for £69 and £71 on two different occasions, they’re normally £39+ each!).

I wanted to put a positive review as there are lots of dreadful ones here.
I ordered a Shires Highlander Fly rug for my mare on Sun 15th Aug 2021. After 5 days I was slightly concerned as it had not arrived. After seeing the negative reports (someone had helpfully put up a contact number) I rung to ask if it was on route & the assistant was really helpful & told me it had been packed & was with the delivery company. It arrived on Sat 21st Aug & it was fine & a good price.

I purchased a pair of boots from equisupermarket for a birthday present. I was advised at point of purchase that shipping would take 2-3 working days for delivery.(no problem) I was also advised that I would be updated on shipping by txt/email. After 2 working days I emailed customer support enquiring if my order had shipped. Customer service replied promptly that it would take 3-5 (still no problem ) working days to ship and that Yodel would notify me when my item was out for delivery. Today I received this Email: "Hi,
Unfortunately, our shipment is delayed , it is due in the week commencing 6/9.
Would you like to wait or cancel your order?
Many thanks,"
Firstly no apology. Secondly I now have a problem. What I ordered will not be delivered until after I need it. What I ordered was sold under false pretences. EquiSupermarket did not have the item in stock but still sold it to me anyway. I will be asking for a full refund.

Took 6 days for item to be despatched, and despite delivery being stated as 3-5 days, was only despatched after I chased.
Received Yodel email to say delivered but nothing arrived. Queried with courier and Equisupermarket but they only referred me to Yodel communication and didn't support at all. Yodel stated delivered to a man at my door, but there was no man at my house that day and no proof supplied. Then no further communication from sellers, despite my attempts and requests. Had to raise a PayPal case to get a refund and now waiting on the results of this.
Terrible customer service. They trust a notoriously bad courier company over their customers.

I ordered two items on 3rd August. Initially this company seemed very helpful and professional, phoning me to let me know that an item was out of stock and asking if I wanted just one item delivered or to wait for both to be available. I decided to wait.

Ten days later I emailed asking when I could expect delivery, and was told that the order had been despatched that day and I would receive a notification from Yodel when it was out for delivery.

Four days later I suddenly receive notification that I have received a PayPal refund for one of the items they told me had been despatched.

When I emailed them to ask what had happened I got a reply to say one of the products was not available.

I'm just very disappointed that I wasn't notified of this before getting an email about the refund from PayPal. I am less than impressed with the level of customer service as it would have been courteous to email me or phone me to let me know that product was not available and I was being refunded.

I will not be ordering through Equisupermarket in the future.

I ordered an ‘in stock’ item on the 10th August 2021 and still waiting. The company will not respond to emails and the phone number just rings out. Does anyone’s parcels actually arrive eventually? I certainly won’t be ordering from them again, absolutely shocking .

Poor! Item in stock - delivery 3-5 days, waiting..

Tried to contact via web page also following there support email link - un-acknowledged!
Found a phone number for what I’m lead to believe is a ‘sister’ company.. who took my details to pass on… still un-acknowledged!
Most reputable companies.. and I order a lot! Are processed and despatched ‘very’ quickly!
The sheer lack of communication and customer service follow up, is not only frustrating but appalling.
I’m now left to drive 26 mile to purchase what I ordered as it’s now required urgently ):

I won’t be ordering from this company again and I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal - expecting a refund ASAP please!?
