Lovely helpful staff
Lovely staff. They opened the doors up wider to accommodate my wheelchair and have a wheelchair ramp. I bought a CBD product that is helping with muscular pain and treated myself to a fancy soap.

Amazing Service
Epiczen have a good range of products. I usually receive my deliveries in a timely manner. I can tell they care about their customers because on New Years Eve 2020 I placed an order in the morning and received my order that evening. The staff arranged to deliver my order and probably other customer orders that day, as they knew there would be delays over the Christmas period. Thank you, that made my day!

Very helpful and informative staff, I purchased my second face mask, and purchased Tisserand- Total De-Stress Diffuser oil. This small heath store tucked away in Camden Passage Islington has a very warm and inviting ambiance, support them as the store is a real gem!

This was the first time i walked into…
This was the first time i walked into EpicZen and the customer service was impressive. I browsed around and any question i asked regarding products was answered to my satisfaction. Because it was the first time i visited the shop,and was not sure of what was being sold, i did not buy anything on this first day. I came back a day or two later to purchase something that i needed as i realized they sell organic stuff. I have to say i am very happy with my purchase and would go back there should i need something.
