Good advices and personal that know their products
The woman managing the shop was very informed in my specific need and problems with hormonal regulation since I have been taking the pill and stopped recently. What I was advised to buy already started working on me and I could see the effect already after 7 days

Very helpful staff who know about the products they stock. Although they don’t always stock every product in a brand’s range they manage to pack lots into a small shop unit. It still feels calm and organised even so. Now that I know about their loyalty scheme I will probably buy things from them more often if I can.

A very helpful and friendly
A very helpful and friendly member of staff who helped me choose a gift on the basis of genuinely listening to what I was looking for. (It was also a very busy store but she managed to deal with everyone in a similar manner.) Delighted with the gifts that I purchased - as was my daughter for whom they were bought.
