The officer that attended to us was from the beginning a thoroughbred unassuming professional. He was very engaging from our telephone conversation up to attending our facilities as arranged and getting the EPC certificate ready within the period undertaken during our initial telephone conversation when the booking was arranged.

Courteous and professional service
Arnold arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and how long he was going to spent on the survey.
