pas du tout fonctionnelle, une horreur , je déconseille fortement de mettre de l'argent sur ce site

Обычный SCAM, как когда-то был Camfex, Finex и и тд. Забрали деньги и выдумывают причины их не отдавать и так уже почти 2 года. Причины сами выдумывают. Попросили документ подтверждающий адрес. Я им выслал 4 разных документа, каждый из которых принимается всеми государственными учреждениями и банками Франции но ePayments заявляет, что их требования намного выше любых гос учреждений.

Nachdem alle Kundenkonten seit nun mehr als 14 Monaten eingefroren sind (und das ohne Vorwarnung), ist nun jegliches Vertrauen in dieses Unternehmen flöten gegangen. Es folgen nur stumpfe, nichtssagende Updates auf Social Media, die extrem unregelmäßig und selten erscheinen und der Kundenservice ist genauso charmant wie eine KI, die nichts anderes als copy & paste beherrscht. Man hat überhaupt keine Chance, eine seriöse und aussagekräftige Antwort zu erhalten.

Seit Wochen wird nun damit gelockt, dass angeblich nach und nach eine Prüfung aller Kundenkonten erfolgt und das Geld freigegeben wird - Unter der Voraussetzung, dass man nach der angekündigten Kontaktaufnahme (per E-Mail seitens ePayments), erneut seine privaten Unterlagen/Dokumente (Personalausweis, Nachweis über Bankkonto) übersendet. All das wirkt total unprofessionell und unkoordiniert, beinahe wie ein Scam.

Ich kenne niemanden, bei dem dieser Vorgang bereits passiert und erfolgreich zum Abschluss gekommen ist. Man geht absolut intransparent und mies mit den eigenen Kunden um und gibt halt wirklich einen F*ck darauf, dass durch diese Ignoranz, ganze Existenzen zerstört wurden. Dass hier keine vernünftige Behörde eingreift und endlich mal die Faust auf den Tisch haut, ist mir echt ein Rätsel. Alles bleibt unter dem Radar des Rechts und der Medien.

Wenn ich das nötige Geld zur Verfügung hätte, welches nicht bei dieser "Bank" festhängt, so wäre bereits ein Anwalt am Start. Besser noch, wenn man eine große Reichweite auf Social Media besäße und damit mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf dieses Thema lenken könnte. Doch aktuell bleibt mir nichts weiter übrig, als abzuwarten und Tee zu trinken.. Extrem frustrierend!

Der Schaden ist bereits angerichtet (und es gibt keine Aussicht auf Entschädigung), selbst wenn das Wunder geschieht und wir unser Geld in naher Zukunft zurückbekommen.

Ernsthaft, wer nach dieser Aktion sein Konto dort immer noch weiterführen will, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Ich rate dringend davon ab!

Blocked my account and do not allow me to withdraw money. Scammers!

This awful company has frozen all accounts over a year ago and even though they promised they would reopen as soon as possible, after all this time there is no word from them. Not a single update for months now.
Last two days I messaged support twice and not only that they didn’t answer, now I’ve beem completely locked out of my account.
Just awful. If you’re reading this, for the sake of your financial and mental health, please don’t ever open an account on this shameful platform!

Well, here comes another review calling Epayments thieves and scammers, because that's what they really are.
A few Years back when I joined the platform they made it increasingly difficult to me to verify my identity and their faulty SMS service didn't even send messages to cellphones in my country.

They always made me feel bad, like I was not doing the things correctly (According to their nonsense filters) and that it was for the sake of their security and so on...

Very well, I could finally register with them. They worked okay for some months and then the news of money laundering came up and they closed the platform freezing accounts and leaving us without our money.

More than a year ago, they have the nerve to message us and ask us to "verify" our identities AGAIN on their FAULTY PLATFORM without giving us any guarantee that they will return the stolen money from us if we do so.

We could do what they say, re-verifying again (I remember how they rejected my driver's license twice in the past because they're so ignorant they don't know that my country issues them with a government hologram on top of it)

BUT if only...we could log in to the site. I can't even log back to my account. I have used all browsers possible and I am trapped in a loop in which the site asks me for a 2 step verification (NOW I get their SMS) I write the code sent to my cellphone and the site RELOADS AGAIN.

I message support and not even under these circumstances those folks stop being arrogant as usual, blaming me again, because i need to try a different browser.

How much more will they put us through to return the money to our accounts?

That's exactly what Epayments is. AN ARROGANT super faulty company that puts their clients to misery, then they're the ones that have the biggest meltdown.

Be humble, be honorable, return the money to all of us and close our accounts!

Epayments since almost more than a year has no feedback on my complaint. Havent been able to withdraw or access any funds there. Card also doesnt work. No real updates on when can customer access their accounts??

That was the message I got from them last year September, did anyone receive that and do you think it's real or not

Solche ePay-Dienstleister sollte man tatsächlich nur als schnelle Zwischenstation nutzen und bei der ersten Gelegenheit sein Geld auf ein abgesichertes Konto transferieren.

Leider hatte ich auf einen günstigeren $-Wechselkurs gewartet; so wurde auch mein Geld ohne jede Vorwarnung im Februar 2020 eingefroren. Bis auf ein paar nichtssagende "Updates" kam seitens ePayments nichts.

Seit kurzer Zeit locken sie mit Freischaltung der Accounts. Voraussetzung dafür ist jedoch, dass man sich abermals "verifiziert". Allerdings war eine solche Verifikation bei der Eröffnung des Accounts schon Voraussetzung. Warum zum Beispiel ein Ausweisdokument nochmals angefordert wird, wird nicht erläutert.

Meine Alarmglocken klingeln, seit zur "Überprüfung der Adresse" mehrfach die von mir eingereichten Dokumente abgelehnt werden. Es wird immer wieder als "Alternative" die Option "Kontoauszug mit Kontostand[!]" genannt.

Also: ePayments friert ohne Vorwarnung sämtliche Guthaben ihrer Kunden ein, kriegt es ein Jahr lang nicht auf die Kette, die angeblichen Sicherheitslücken der Firma zu schließen - und dann wird von den Kunden Ausweis/Pass und ein Beleg über die Höhe des Guthabens auf ihren Konten eingefordert. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt...

Ich werde diesem intransparenten Unternehmen selbstverständlich nicht mein Konto offenlegen, sondern abwarten, ob irgendwann einmal auf Twitter die ersten Meldungen abgegeben werden, dass Accounts tatsächlich wieder geöffnet wurden.

Seit einem Jahr mindestens warte ich auf die Möglichkeit wieder auf mein Konto zuzugreifen. Dieses wurde urplötzlich von epayments gesperrt, weil da angeblich eine Finanzueberpruefung des Systems ins Haus kam. Der komische Kundenservice meldet sich innerhalb einer Woche mit leeren Versprechungen und da geschieht nichts - seit einem Jahr mindestens. Es ist einfach unverschämt und unseriös

Effectivement tout est bloqué depuis plus d'un an. J'ai changé de numéro de téléphone et ils refusent de me donner un accès. C'est insupportable de réclamer plus d'une vingtaine de fois et ils vous demandent pourquoi vous avez changé de numéro. Enorme escroquerie.

j’ai utilisé le site depuis 2016 et il était bien organisé jusqu’à le 2/11/2020 1:53 PM, l’histoire d’escroquerie a commencé quand j’ai reçu un message disant que je n’est plus accès à mes fonds et qu’ils travaillent sur ce problème Le plus tôt possible. J’ai contacter le support plusieurs fois pour clarifier la situation ou bien me donner au moins un délai, la réponse à été toujours nous ne pouvons pas donner un délais mais le problème seras bientôt résolu.

Conti bloccati da febbraio ed adducono scuse per non accettare i documenti che richiedono.

They are just team of scammer. Took my money for no reason. Many years and they did not solve my case.
