Decided on the spur of the moment to book for a show having received an email showing what's on. Found booking the seats very straightforward in comparison with some other sites.

Sold out prior to release

Reminder set for ticket sale release, waited for live screen but completely sold out but offered purchases through other fans.
Went to venues own website and had a choice of tickets.
Ents24 now deleted from all devices.

The event was Divine Comedy at th Barbican London 10/25. As Ents24 had no tickets, I managed to order direct from the Barbicans site with no issue.

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry we had sold out of tickets before you were able to buy them.

Since we don't have any details of which tickets you were trying to buy, we can't respond in more detail. Some bands have presales where the majority of their tickets are sold early to members of the official fan club, for example.

However, we can only sell the tickets we have available. It sounds like the venue's own allocation of tickets took longer to sell out, and we're glad you were able to buy them from there instead.

completely unprepared

Originally I thought I could see a feast of Chinese culture, but I did not expect that it was full of strong religious colors, and I was completely unprepared. I feel cheated for such a high price.

Cancelled gigs! Near enough instant refund!

Very easy to use, clear pricing and straightforward language. Yesterday a band had cancelled their tour, Ents24, automatically refunded the ticket value which I did not expect, I was expecting some sort of email battle! Very good I will have confidence in using this site for tickets again.

Ents24 is easy site to use

Ents24 is easy site to use, I signed up to get a reminder for the concert I wished to get tickets for. Text message and email sent to remind me. Purchased tickets with ease on the day they were available. Very happy.
