It’s hard to put into words just how exceptional the team at EntirelyDigital has been throughout the process of rebuilding my website after my previous site was hacked )a situation that was entirely my own fault).

The whole project initially felt daunting and overwhelming. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, which meant I wasn’t even sure what questions to ask at the beginning.

Matt helped me get started by suggesting a staging site where he could clone my old website. That decision alone saved me countless hours of frustration and struggle.

Every time I had a question, whether it was about redirects, plug-ins, or anything else, someone from the team responded quickly, thoroughly, and patiently. It didn’t take long for my dread about the project to turn into genuine excitement about launching my new website.

When the day came to replace the old site with the new one, everything went seamlessly. My new website is now live and running beautifully.

EntirelyDigital purchased the small company I had my domain and hosting service with in 2025. I've been getting bills from EntirelyDigital for months now with no way to pay the bills. You can only access the site if you create a new account. You can only create an account if you purchase a product(I already have service and don't need more!) NO ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS. Answering service directs the caller to email. Email response is virtually useless - giving answers to questions I didn't ask. I've been asking via email for months how to pay the bill with no answer to this question. Meanwhile my site is offline, and have no way to migrate to alternate service!! Very unprofessional.

Update: Shortly after posting this review EntirelyDigital actually emailed adequate info to resolve the issue. [5 months + 1 negative review is what it takes I guess]

Great experience. Fast, transparent, and accurate.

The staff at EntirelyDigital were incredibly helpful when I contacted them for help with a technical support issue and a billing issue. They answered right away, too, so I didn't have to wait days to get a response. Instead of telling me to look up technical instructions online, they told me exactly how to take care of the problem. The billing issue was not even their fault, but they immediately took care of the problem and I received a refund very quickly.

These days, there are few companies that still know the meaning of the words, "Customer Service", but EntirelyDigital is definitely one which does.

We were moved over from OLM. The customer service experience is greatly improved, with the techs really knowledgeable, patient and giving clear instructions. After the migration we were having trouble with our SQL and they were very clear on how to clear it up. Best Customer Service I've had in a long time.

A billing inquiry was taken care of in less than 12 hours. Such service is sadly a rare commodity in the 21st century! You're doing it right!

I have had the hosting with OLM for more than 10 years mainly because of the excellent tech support they provide to their customers. I also like the low price they have charged me for hosting my website. It's difficult to find good service and low price.

In the initial transition from OLM to Entirely Digital, I did have some problems. OLM had telephone support. Now I have mostly online and email support. The communication is slower but the support has been fine.
The most recent issue was solved within about 1/2 hour from my request, and extra service was offered to get me by for now.

I was hosted by a company called OLM for a very long time. They got purchased by EntirelyDigital. I just got a new Galaxy S25 Ultra and was having a difficult time adding my main email to the phone. In the past I would call OLM and get support and often within a few minutes the problems were fixed. Today I sought help from EntirelyDigital. The only help I received was via email which came very sporadically during the day. It took several hours to solve what could have been done in ten minutes with a phone call. They supposedly have a phone service but you call and leave a number. I did that early in the day but never heard from them. I would definitely not recommend them.

Poor communication. Ive been with this company for more than a decade, quite a bit more actually and apparently my CC expired. Can/would they give me a heads up? No they just turned off our domain, had no idea there was a problem until they brought our entire business to a screetching halt. Will be looking for a new provider. This is total BS treatment of a long term customer.
