The English Tapware Company Arvostelua

I had a great experience with the English tap ware company. The tap I wanted wasn’t available but other options were. I accepted the brass tap ware and it looks fantastic I needed to act swiftly because my husband was going to buy an inferior product. The tap was delivered promptly and the staff were very helpful. I love our tapware & the service from the English Tapware Company was fantastic right throughout the process of choosing & ordering the taps. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and even better products.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Linda at The English Tapware Company for a few months. Linda is very patient, helpful and knows exactly what she is talking about across numerous products. Never pushy and always attentive, I could not recommend The English Tapware Company highly enough. Thank you for providing superior products, service and attention to detail.

The product was misrepresented online. The plastic blue and red hot and cold water tabs (Australian requirement) were not shown in any images and when I called to inquire- I thought I had been sent a different model- I was meet with a arrogant “oh well” response and told to exchange that I would have to pay for shipping back to the Melbourne warehouse instead for simply taking it back to the Sydney store. If I had have known what it really looked like I would have chosen a different model. Disappointing!

I am extremely happy with my purchase and very impressed with the high standard of service and communication regarding my online order.
Highly recommend The English Tapware Company.

Wonderful products and exceptional service.

We found Simone to be very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us through the design process for our kitchen and bathrooms and kept us updated with delivery times. I cannot commend Simone and English Tapware highly enough

We have used the English Tapware company several times, and they have proven to be very helpful and efficient every time. Goods arrived quickly and safely, and items were of the highest quality.

One of my greatest pleasure in my working life is to visit your Woollahra showroom and select products for my valued clients. Not only for the extensive and beautiful product range, but also for the excellent and friendly service from Silvana and the rest of the team! Thank you for bringing lots of enjoyment into the working day!

Best place to shop for all your bathroom needs, quality at its best

Stunning products and professional service. Through and timely. Would highly recommend

Very friendly efficient service. We appreciated the styling and product advice- made all the difference to our kitchen and bathroom. Well worth the extra expense to have a well made stylish product.

Whilst it took a while for our order it was well worth the wait. We love our tap ware so much and have plenty of comments by family and friends.

Amazing service from Silvana. She has always gone above and beyond. Stunning tapware and cabinet jewellery.

Linda was brilliant!
From our first visit to the showroom, all the way through the VERY lengthy COVID-induced manufacturing and shipping (our tap sets actually came by sea from the UK) delays, to aftersales support in supplying a longer spout for one of the tap sets, Linda conducted herself at the highest level of professionalism and kept us updated the whole way through.
The quality of the tap sets is a stand out and the brass is aging beautifully.
Highly recommend The English Tapware Company to anyone undertaking a kitchen/bathroom/laundry reno.

Excellent service with very helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Silvana was a wonderful help! She went above and beyond to help us with our tap selection. We are thrilled with the functionality and aesthetics too!
