Ellis Fibre Arvostelua

the pillow is comfortable. Delivery time is about a week. Quite satisfied with the pillow and the service.

This is not the first time I have purchased products from Ellis Fibre. Beautifully finished quality pillows and a delightful Pet Bed.
They are great presents for family and friends as well as essential for our own use too!

Took over 2 weeks to get my order! Although I understand when you place an order they can be 'made to order' there were no follow ups letting me know of the delay, I had to email to find out why my order was taking so long.

All good service over internet but why cant i buy your product in Timaru???????

Couldn't be happier, product is supberb and thank goodness made
right here in NZ. Please remain so .....

Fast, prompt service, speedy delivery and excellent product

It's really to warm but sheep smell not gone efter air

Excellent service as always, recommended to all.

Our cat loves his new bed. I hid it away the day it arrived. A few days later, I found he has been using it already. Our cat is very fussy about his bed. I bought different lot of blankets and pads for him to sleep in. But he didn't use any of them. This one is a instant LIKE! Thanks so much.

Great product, had a much warmer winter sleep thanks to my Alpaca/wool duvet. Happy to be able to buy locally as well.

寄送速度太慢貨卡了兩禮拜都沒消息連寄出的包裹追蹤號碼都沒有！只有回覆迅速的服務人員

My queen size duvet is exactly as advertised very comfortable and I slept very well

Bought the Queenstown Wool Duvets for my two young kids and they are brilliant. Nice and heavy and very warm! I don't have to worry about the kids getting cold during the night anymore!

The ordered product (duvet inner) was delivered in a timely and professional manner, and I have been using it ever since to keep me nice and warm. I would recommend Ellis Fibre to my friends without hesitation.

Highly recommended
Very impressed with goods & service
Would not hesitate to buy again

It took a long time between the product was made and when it was shipped. Somehow it was stuck at shipping department. Your customer service person was great though. He keep going back to shipping to check on the shipment.

Shipping to the west coast of Canada was very fast and no issues with duty. Love all 4 of my duvets. Have recommended to other Canadians.

Excellent quality product delivered very quickly
