This is the worst after sales service company!!!
I have bought an air-conditioning system for the whole house in 2021 and since had problems for service appointments even when it is within the warranty period.
In 2025 the technicians did not come for the service and we had to call three times to the company.
February 2026 an appointment was given for the service but no one turned up. Again we had to make appointment. In May 2026 they came for service but could not service it saying the technician did not bring the correct equipment. Another appointment was needed and in June the technician came but went saying the unit needs to be replaced. Another appointment was needed. On 01 July the technician came and could not get the unit to working and left saying that they were instructed to work only couple of hours. This is unbelievable!!!!. IF ANY RESPONSIBLE STAFF FROM THIS COMPANY IS READING THIS PLEASE TAKE ACTION!!!
I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from here. No staff working there is responsible

Scam operation — elektrokoeck.com kept both the money and the returned products
I placed a high-value order at elektrokoeck.com, and the package was returned to the seller with full tracking confirmation. They received the goods back — and then refused to refund me. Completely ignored all messages and refused to communicate.
They stole my money. Avoid elektrokoeck.com at all costs — if anything goes wrong, they will keep your products and your money and act like nothing happened.
Untrustworthy, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful behavior

Unsere Kaffeemaschine kleine Teile kaput gegangen wir haben extra Garantie verlängert nach eine Woche haben die maschine abgeholt fast 2,5monat gedauert. 2mit arbeite Kaffeemaschine zurück gebracht einfach hingestellt ohne Montage und voll beschädigt haben wir wieder angerufen sogar Bilder und kurz Aufnahmen geschickt. Jetzt wieder woche vorbei wir warten beschädigte teile austauschen. Ich muss erlich sagen wen wir gewusst hätten so schlechter Services leisten so viel Geld nicht bezahlt empfehle keinem dort Garantie verlängert.

Ich hatte kürzlich einen Rasierer bei dieser Fa. bestellt. Gefunden über ein Vergleichsportal. Wie so oft: Geiz ist geil und es wird der Anbieter genommen, der ganz oben in der Liste steht. Per Link tief auf der Köck-Webseite gelandet, Bestellung als Gast und Zahlung per Paypal. Bestellung am Dienstag aufgegeben, Zustellung der Ware erfolgte am Samstag.
