Elegant Showers AU Arvostelua

Fast delivery and great product.

A delivery went was returned as could not locate my home. I found this a poor excuse as place in Navman and its right there. Purchased through Amazon site and went through them to investigate as had paid and there was no reason not to deliver. Should have taken to local post office if anything. Amazon immediately refunded money....BUT... I did not ask or want a refund. We are doing reno and what I picked had the dimensions we left and the trades here as told being delivered. Amazon refunded money and advised would contact seller "Elegant Shower". Had some issues in getting Elegant Shower to understand I did not initiate the refund and was told by Amazon we are giving refund and you will receive product. I spoke with 3 Amazon representatives all providing different information and all siting you received a refund. I asked them to read 'chat' where made it clear I did not want refund needed that product as fit the dimensions. The 1st representative from Amazon just automatically programmed refund without discussing. Tina from Elegant Showers was the contact from the 'seller' on Amazon. My understanding was I purchased form Amazon, that they should be dealing with, yet literally threw me under the bus. Tina and I managed to reach an understanding amongst us and once left out Amazon went smoothly and she always responded quickly and made as easy as possible to fix. Product received and happy.

Still waiting for missing parts. I have contacted Elegant but have no reply about them.As far as delivery was good.and so it should be for the amount I had to pay

The item was as per the picture and specifications and came super fast.

We purchased this to go in a caravan that we are building, it looked stunning and had no issues installing it!

I ordered my product and it was received within the timeframe given

Elegant showers were easy to contact. They promptly got back with pricing and despatch, and it arrived up in the Gold coast from Melbourne within the week .
Excellent service.

I havnt installed it yet but I do appreciate the speedy and well packaged delivery and affordable pricing.

I bought this bifold shower door and unfortunately the design makes it very difficult to use.

The door doesn't swivel or fold properly unless I hold it with two hands, which defeats the purpose of a bifold system. There is no guide track at the top or bottom to keep the panels aligned, so the door pulls forward instead of folding smoothly. Because of this, it doesn't open or close in a controlled way and feels unstable.

Overall, the door is not practical for everyday use and the mechanism really needs a proper guiding system to work correctly. I would not recommend.

Always a pleasure, service and delivery was super quick.

Tried phoning numerous times and no response, all i wanted was to get an outlet that didn't come with shower base.

Five stars for Elegant Showers as the delivery was very quick and unexpected. The delivery man was very helpful which we were very thankful for. The shower floor was of excellent quality with full instructions for fitting. We are very pleased with this product and company overall and recommend Elegant Showers to anyone. Thanks guys. Graeme and Denise.

Ordered and was delivered next day interstate. Impressive. Havent installed yet, but looks good so far.

Incorrect address provided to the freight handler, 3 rearranged deliveries, a day of annual leave taken, a rebooked plumber 3 weeks after originally scheduled, expected a much better service provided the $150 delivery charge

Assembly instructions are a bit confusing. I end up doing twice. If they can make to simple will be good.
Rest is good with product, delivery and time.
Thanks

Good product, good prices, would have been 5 stars if the pivot shower screen had proper installation instructions or even part numbers on the pieces would have made it much easier

I’ve ordered from Elegant Showers before and the experience is always top-notch. High-quality products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service every time. Highly recommended!

The shower screens are great.
But the delivery driver had no care.
I am a little bit surprised the main screen only had a tiny chip in the corner, the packaging was torn to the point i could see the glass and you could see it had been dragged accoss our gravel driveway.
In the past if ive had a heavy delivery the driver calls to make sure you can help lift the package.
Other wise great screens , AAA.

Excellent value for money. Easy to fix and good quality! The delivery was quick. No cutting involved , very clear instructions and easy for DIY.
