Elegant Event Essentials Arvostelua

Great products, brilliant prices and sent in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant company to use. Good value - excellent communication and very quick delivery

Great selection, great sizes, arrvies much faster than expected, so pleased im about to purchase another set in different colours!

Romit provided me with a same day turnaround and shipped it the same day, I received the table cloth today and it's perfect, thank you very much for getting this send out to me so quickly!

Good quality! Quick delivery!

The sizes were all wrong, the colours were not as ordered, and one part of my order was replaced with something different. When I phoned I was told I had not read the advert properly, even though I quoted back to him what was written on their website. The company was extremely unhelpful, refused to give me a code for their returns label and then put the phone down. Luckily I had only ordered samples prior to a bigger order - but I am still £35 down. Very poor quality and service and goods that look nothing like the advert. Avoid.

Good products, good prices and faster than expected delivery. Would use again!

Great quick service again as usual. Have been using Elegant Event Essentials for many years now and will continue to do so.

We ordered three table cloths; two are ok but one had been supplied with a sewed seam down the middle of the cloth; I was expecting a single piece of material ; hope you can send a replacement please

Love the quality of the table cloth, well made . Super fast shipping. Online facilities was super easy to use. Thanks so much.

I wanted a specific design for the cloths I ordered, so emailed the customer service address. They got back to me very quickly and explained exactly how I could have the amendments I wanted at not extra cost.

It came at the right time and it was perfect the way I saw with long length.

Ordering was really simple and delivery very prompt.
Table cloths good quality

Recently purchased a table banner from this company. The print quality was good but I was disappointed by the finish of the stitching on the edges of the banner. The banner is also quite thin material for something that should hang over the edge the table. It is also much smaller than I thought it would be, based on the images shown on their website. It is ok but looks cheap and poorly made compared the banners on my fellow stall holders stalls.

Excellent customer service

I paid for next day delivery, it didn't arrive till 2 days later, I emailed the firm and got nothing back

Confusing messages over delivery dates and times but the goods did arrive.

The product was as described and arrived promptly

Pretty good! I ordered some fabric and it came really quickly, but it’s definitely looking slightly different than it does in the photos. For £4.50 a metre though I won’t complain!
