Website claims they price match when I asked for price match rep got disgruntle and refused to match to Amazon or Curry’s! Found the item there for the same price they’re the only ones trying to charge an extra £150!

Bought a Dyson V15s Detect Submarine and can only say my experience was excellent. Product arrived on time and is excellent, truly doesn’t disappoint and neither did the electric shop. Kept fully informed re delivery, goods arrived on time and value for money I can describe as excellent. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I placed an order of Dyson Vacuum Cleaner, next day delivery I was expeting my order from DPD with never shows up, then i realise theres was misspelled postcode. My item was on the way back, after contact the customer service team a VERY ARROGANT STAFF "Ed" clearly was unhappy and started to accusing me of change my mind to cancel my order as my postcode was wrong. My self I work with customers every day but they way this gentle spoke to me over the phone is NOt acceptable at all. Later on the day another staff sent me another email offering a discount from £29,99 to £19,99 as gesture of goodwill ,but the delivery charge on the website os £19,99 so he is NOt given any discount on the undelivered item! All I can say is AVOID this store if you can, pay extra to any other reliable store to have a descent service!!

Ordered a Shark vacuum cleaner and got a really good price for an item which had a damaged box. I later find out that my order has been upgraded (no extra price) for a regular, brand new item. The delivery was fast and the item was excellent. Thank you.

Very speedy item selection and checkout process. Perhaps even a bit too efficient since it’s linked to clearpay and I Mistakenly went through the checkout with my old address as my delivery address. I sent an email and followed this up with a phone call and The staff representative at electric shop could not have been more helpful. Details were amended immediately and the item was still delivered around 48 hours after ordering even though I ordered on a Sunday morning!!
The item was a ninja air fryer which was out of stock on the ninja website, Where I was going to use my NHS discount. Electric shop was the cheapest across the whole of the Internet!! Theirs worked out even cheaper than it would have with my discount. So all in all a very good experience with this company.
I would buy from them again and would recommend. Especially having tried out their customer service process!! Five stars from me.

Cheaper by far than any other company selling Dyson, so it was win win win., all up and running with a 5 year parts and replacements for five years, used nothing else for 40 years now and they do last, this is my third, just chuffed with ElectricShop for price. 😁😁😁

Super speedy delivery. Item arrived via DPD, with the added reassurance of a pin code required on delivery so the parcel could not be misdelivered. Packaged strong and soundly. Sebo Cylinder K1 Pet is very sturdy. The head attachments included, particularly the Floor Turbo Brush drew us to this model and the sellers website made it easy for us to make comparisons between differing models before making our final decision. Paperwork included in box meant we didnt have to print off a copy invoice, kept informed of order status throughout whole process. Would thoroughly recommend electricshop.com
