I purchased a Dyson V8 from electric shop as they were the best price that I could find. When I called with a query the phone was answered promptly ( great not to be put on hold for ages ) and the staff member was very helpful. My Dyson was delivered the next day. This company has great customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them .

First time ordering from electricshop.com after finding them browning the internet, the first thing was finding the item I wanted at a lower price than most other shops so I decided to order and found the ordering process very easy, the whole transaction was very simple and good communication with me the customer, I would definitely purchase from the electricshop.com again.

Rang & spoke to Sonny who was very helpful & gave clear instructions on how to proceed with my order - very impressed with service & speed of processing - very pleased with my purchase thank you 10/10

I purchased a cooker hood which was for a kitchen refurb, it arrived but wasn’t opened for 5 days. When the protective film was removed it had a dint in it. When I contacted them they said it was in the T’s and Cs that it must be checked within 48 hours and as it was functional that was that, they did offer 10% refund for me to suck a huge dint up. What a joke totally unacceptable, shouldn’t be trusted at all, no returns / replacement policy worth anything. For information the part is 88 to replace so 14-20 pound as a gesture of goodwill instead of a replacement is a joke. The sales service person is polite and courteous what a shame his manager gets him to do his dirty work.

Response to untruthful reply: first of all if it is a factory fault you should return it, if as you say you don’t check them why should I before use.

Your lies about my conversations are a reflection of you as an organisation. It does not matter what size the dent was it was visible and unsightly your statement that it was functional was disgraceful would you have it in your kitchen !!

To clarify I wanted the part/ item replaced I refused the 14.00 as it was a joke you increased to 20 still a joke. I did not ask for 88.00 I simply stated how much the replacement part cost !!! As rationalisation for turning down 14. Please note no reasonable refund or offer of return of damaged goods supplied was offered. Buy at your own risk from the company or if you are happy to suck up damaged items.

So lucky to have found electrishop.com as the price of my new Sebo vacuum cleaner was well under the price of anyone else.
Even better it was delivered within a couple of days with DPD and it was FREE

Great wee find this place, price, product, reviews all bang on. Dyson V10 ordered and delivered in 2 days, they are an authorised Dyson reseller, so full 2 year warranty applies.

Needed a hoover quickly. Always had Dyson and googled this specific model - found this company and decided to go with them. Very fair price , one of the cheapest around, and had absolutely no problems from ordering, email updates and quick delivery. The hoover is perfect. Would definitely recommend this company and hopefully do future purchases with them.

I hadn't noticed them before but it popped up in Pricespy when I was looking for a Dyson V10 as the best price of a proper retailer. Ordered Friday lunch and item arrived Sunday morning despite only using standard delivery option! outstanding service.

Just had a really weird experience with this company. They called and said the addresses don’t match, postcode doesn’t exist and has failed security. I checked my confirmation email and it had both matching billing and shipping address with correct postcode. I clicked the postcode to confirm with Google maps out of curiosity and it took me to my home address. He asked to complete security test whereby I give him my card number, security code and expiry date. Made me feel a bit weird so I explained this to him for him to then say use a different card which I cant as I don’t have one. He then said to me he can cancel the payment and I can bank transfer him. I would have no protection if I chose to do this and was scammed. Really extremely disappointed about this as my driver has broke and needed one immediately and was excited as I paid for next day to receive it asap. Now I will have to wait for refund to go back in (if it does) before I can order again. Just proceed with caution I will come back and update this review but all seems a bit weird to me.

Of course the alternative payment was declined. As I have explained in this review. You have asked for card details or bank transfer so I am not protected if this was to be a scam. The payment which you said had been declined had been taken from my bank before you called as I checked. I have received the refund but all very strange!! Can’t ever be too careful these days

Electricshop offered the best price for the item I wanted. Ordered on a Sunday but received a confirmation email more or less immediately and two days later item was delivered by DPD. Electricshop kept me informed of every step of the process by email and I would recommend them as a good online retailer.

Never heard of this company before but what can I say,i ordered these speakers on line at 2-15 pm on Wednesday 27th and arrived no less than 1.09pm Thursday 28th August that to my reconing that’s 11.56 hours,WOW that’s got to be a record,as for the items they are one of the best home speakers about not cheap £600 but when I saw them at £475 brand new in the box I thought give a go and I’m glad I did it’s a top end speaker the sound it’s the best I’ve had and I’ve been a DJ for 45 years so I know what I’m on about I’m 75 now but still like a good quality sound,I’ve found it,anyway top marks to ELECTRICSHOP.COM for the quality speakers and the lighting speed delivery,Thanks Again Mr Barker.

Honest, efficient, pleasant to deal with and a Sebo trusted supplier. They were also reasonably local to me which provided additional assurance. They were actually the most competitive on price, too! Highly recommend.
