All round excellent service.
The owners of this company are really good at what they do. I got a great product at a fair price but also professional and helpful advice from them. Definitely my ‘go to’ people and I have recommended to friends.

Dear Linda
We have checked and unfortunately you did in fact order polywire, which is stated in the product name, but we are happy to accept the return of this product (if you haven't used the polywire and it is in a saleable condition) and exchange for rope, but this would incur a charge for the price difference as the rope is more expensive.
Please let us know if you want to exchange.
Carol

Disappointing
This cable was not in the same format as my previous purchase. There is no indication to show that it is operating ,only winter will prove it works.

Thank you for your review Mr Leeming. I have checked our records and unless you ordered under another name we only have one order from you, i.e. this one, no previous orders, which is probably why the cable is different.

I was very happy with my purchase but…
I was very happy with my purchase but now I am using it I am disappointed with how long the battery is lasting. It has been in direct sunlight all the time as the weather is so nice and the battery doesn't seem to be charging up. From full charge it is lasting just one week before I need to plug it into the mains …. can you let me know how long you would expect one to last? I am wondering if it is faulty. Thanks

Highly recommended
I have found Electric Fencing Online to be a highly efficient firm to deal with. I have ordered goods twice from them and both times the goods arrived within a few days of ordering. On one occasion I needed help in deciding which energiser to buy and the advice given over the phone was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
