Had ordered a Dyson DC25 after their site came up on Pricerunner. Was not too sure about them as never had heard about them before the name came up in the search. Received the product one day before scheduled delivery and in perfect condition. Product is excellent. Would recommend.

I'm very pleased with the service. I ordered a coffee maker (best deal) and it was delivered swiftly within the time slot after 24h!

Ordered in morning, text message giving delivery time by the evening. Arrived the next day within the 1.5 hour slot they said. Also was the best price I could find.

I ordered an Aquarius Hotpoint washer dryer that was so noisy it sounded like a space ship taking off. Electrical 123 changed the machine to a Beko WME 7267W quickly, which is great. Fast delivery, pleasant helpful staff, quick follow up by email of invoices etc. They stand out in this day and age of lousy customer service. If only other companies were the same.

I bought a camera from 123electrical.com and after a couple of days I had an issue with the screen. I emailed customer services and got a prompt response. They organised for a courier to come and pick up the old camera (at a time that was convenient for me) and delivered a new one the next day at no additional cost. The camera itself is brilliant and I would highly recommend buying goods from this company.

Never heard of this company before,but due to reading top feedback, I thought I would chance it. Order it last Sunday evening,and arranged delivery. E-mails and texts received informing me of delivery time slot. Delivered this Wednesday morning well within the time slot. The 2 Men shleped the machine up my front doorsteps...12 steps..through the winding corridor and up another step into the utility room..not an easy operation at the best of times....this is why I get my groceries delivered...all packaging removed and taken away.Front gate closed properly...not left open or slammed shut like other callers. I have saved £190.89 by purchasing this item on-line...what's to grumble about that eh??..10/10.

I 'tried' to order a fridge on Saturday evening. When I got to the last page before purchasing none of my personal details were showing - just blanks. I went back and re-entered everything - and the same thing happened. I submitted my payment anyway but took a note of the order ref.

I emailed them immediately to say what had happened as I was concerned they might have my payment but no contact details.

I heard nothing back by Monday mid morning so emailed again to say that if I hadn't heard from them by 2.30pm I would order elsewhere as I needed the fridge urgently.

I emailed again at 2.30pm to say that i was cancelling my order and ordering elsewhere. I copied this to customer services, after sales, and general enquiries.

Tuesday morning and still no reply whatsoever. I don't know if they delivery will turn up tomorrow - I don't know if they will take payment from me.

Based on my experience of sending 5 emails as well as my order now - and having no response other than a couple of auto-responders I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I could phone them - but I shouldn't need to. I ordered online and expect to be able to converse with them online.

I'll post again if I hear anything from them - or indeed receive a delivery!!

Ordered dishwasher on-line, delivered promptly, item works fine. Absolutely no issues whatsover.

I recently had a washing machine delivered to my daughters house. It had a manufacturing fault which was reported to electrical 123. Their after sales support has been fantastic. Always returning my calls and emails. Replaced machine with a new one. Very friendly and effecient staff. What a refreshing change! Would definately use them again.

Absolutely and utterly brilliant...had better knowledge than John Lewis (I only phoned up for info and he'd sold it to me!). Ordered friday 12 noon from a really kind helpful salesman ..by 7pm had a two hour time slot (from 11am till 1pm) next day delivery (which they gave me foc)... arrived at 11.01am!! Delivery guys super helpful... moving bins and negotiating difficult corners... fantastic product... will use again 100%... plus great price... spent a long time looking for the bargain...

Cheapest price on the net for washing machine. Communication great, delivery times spot on Delivery drivers efficient and polite.
Overall would definatly use again and recomend.

123 had the best on-line price and delivery option for this washing machine and with their "guaranteed" 2hr delivery slot was the best I could find.
The delivery was made within the agreed slot and all associated packing etc. was removed along with the old machine exactly as it said "on the tin"

Ordered a washing machine and fridge freezer from Electrical123, best price, quick delivery and good communications. Found some issues with the Fridge Freezer and contacted them via Email - they replied very quickly and arranged for a priority replacement with absolutely no hassle. They also made a courtesy follow up call to check that everything was OK - fantastic service in this day and age.

Bought a Bosch WAE28469GB Washing Machine, chose a date for delivery. Got a text the day before giving me approx delivery time. Phone call from the delivery driver on day of delivery to confirm time ( an hour early! ). Item turned up, packaged well and carried into my kitchen for me. Packaging removed and taken away by delivery drivers! Can't recommend this company highly enough.
