The bikes are excellent, much better than we thought. Also the service was second to none, both from Volt and Redline Cycles.

While searching the internet for info on ebikes I kept coming back to the Volt Metro. I contacted Volt for advice on where I could test drive one; they pointed me to Mule shop in Oswestry. I have had the Metro for 6 weeks now, it is absolutely brilliant, I can now go up any of the steepest hills of North Wales and I really mean steep!

Absolutely delighted with this bike, so glad I overcame my initial reservations! Firstly I thought it was heavy, glad to say I don’t notice the weight now and it feels very sturdy on the road, then I thought there were too many buttons and levers, not at all, as soon as you start riding the bike, it all falls into place! It folds quite small and takes up hardly any room in the garage of our motor home, plus it’s really quite quick!
I am a not so doddering old woman!

Whohooooo. Gives you the legs of a Tour de France rider. Lake District hills bring it on.

Excellent quality of bike and battery, far more responsive than others I have trialled.
Such easy delivery service too, all assembled at a local store for me to collect.

Excellent service from Leith Cycles in Edinburgh, who really took their time to explain and show me everything about my new Kensington Blue from Volt. The bike itself is fantastic, and I am now enjoying zooming up steep hills with ease!

Full marks to Volt for exchanging my Volt Pulse for a Lo Step on which I feel much more comfortable. Living half way up the longest incline in England, my Volt bike eats up the gradient , I was going to say effortlessly but it's my choice to get some exercise. And that's the thing about Volt bikes, it's the rider who chooses how much to put into the ride, and the bike does the rest, reliably and comfortably. Love it.

The bike is a very good buy .Everthing seems to be ok only had it a few days so still learning. Would have given five stars if the delivery from yourselves to the bike shop had been better. The shop not wanting to put it together until it got paid and you not wanting to pay until it was assembled.The buyer is in the middle and I think 23days too long from buying to getting it.

We have rode 200 miles and the only issues are adjustment of brakes on one bike and slight gear adjustment on the other. Great bikes

It had to be a good bike to get me cycling again after 40 years it took me about two weeks to decide which ebike to buy but I think I had made my mind up in the beginning, the volt pulse outshines any other .

Bike arrived promptly and well set up.User manual could be a little clearer but trial and error cleared most things up.
As a 70 year old I thought I had given up cycling due to age health and Devon hills. I am however back on rides I thought I wouldn't do again.
The bike is wonderful

Just been using it for a few days but wow! What a bike. The motor is powerful but quiet. The throttle is so cool. The suspension on the fork and saddle make the journey so comfortable. It's early days yet for a full review but so far it suits my needs very well. Only minor issue is when downshifting the chain sometimes makes a clunking noise as appears to be in between gears, up shifting is fine. Not a major issue for me so far but would've been nice to have a better gear shifting system for this price.

Very helpful to someone who knew nothing about electric bikes. Need to add a clip to hold folded bike together. The bungee method is not great.
