Edenmoor Arvostelua 

So far so good.
I've only used EDENMOOR twice, but the delivery was excellent with alloted days to choose your delivery and the meat is delicious!
I want meat from farms not supermarkets, a good choice of cuts, and a farm where the animals have been cared, allowed to graze, and fed on grass.
I have one gripe...so many cuts are sold out when I purchase. I suppose that's because of the quality, people repeat purchase.

Excellent food and service.
It arrived on time and still frozen. The beef burgers and sausages tasted wonderful and all my guests commented on the quality and taste of the meet. The star of the show was the rolled pork loin - succulent with an excellent taste and very bit of crackling crackled! The family loved it. The joint fed 4 adults and 2 growing youngsters handsomely with nothing left for thirds!

Since the early days of Pipers Farm in the 1990s, I have always loved and supported this company, now EDENMOOR. The quality, flavour and taste of the meat is unsurpassable and the beef mince is superb. Customer service is unfailingly good. Meat from this source does not bear much resemblance to supermarket produce except at the very top end.
It would be a bonus to have a face to face butchers shop in Devon which has been done in the past. Maybe a farm shop could work as an outlet selling some produce? But this is only a suggestion.
I would recommend EDENMOOR to everyone who enjoys buying, cooking and eating high quality and welfare meat.

Food was actually nice but only because I noticed it on my doorstep. Delivery driver just left it with no ringing of the doorbell or knock on the door. It could be said that this isn't Edenmoor's fault but they choose their delivery partner. It was my first time ordering and also my last.

I am a long term customer of this company. Their customer service is great. Not very often a need to point out a mistake but its rectified immediately. I do not buy meat from supermarkets or even butchers. I fully appreciate the quality of the meat, fish etc. It has a better taste and texture. Also appreciate the fact that they use everything from the animal. Wouldn't want to buy from anywhere else.

It’s good to know I’m buying meat and dairy that has been produced without suffering. I particularly like the chicken.

Meats always good the the best with all products

As ever, carefully packed with efficient insulation. Top quality food sustainably produced .. what could be better?

Truly very pleased. Never missed a delivery. Always packaged very well. Food quality is second to none. Premium price (I cant really afford it but believe in the cause and the need to exit from industrialised food production and return to natural/regenetative farming).

Would be great to see more food aimed at childrens pallets. Pies and sausage roles are legendary but flavour profiles are really aimed at adults and I need to get my children eating real natural food.

Good work Pipers/Edenmoor. And thanks for having our backs!

Easy to order from, quick delivery and delicious and high quality meat

As a first time customer we ordered a beef joint (topside) and a leg of pork plus some beefburgers to try, and I must say we were very pleased, the beef joint was lovely and tender, the pork we have not tried yet but the burgers were really nice, we will be coming back again in the very near future

The meat is good value and several cuts are available that are not in the supermarket.The animal welfare is important to me. delivery is on time. I will buy again ..except... the sausages were voted 0/10 by all 10 of my guests, they were different sizes, texture was dry and tasteless. They were put in the food bin. Please change the recipe.

I placed my order with Edenmoor with ease as the selection was excellent. Aside from DPD delivering to my neighbour and not me (nothing to do with Edenmoor of course), I can say that I am very impressed with the quality and taste of the beef & chicken and the packaging used to deliver the items. I will certainly be ordering from here again without hesitation.

My order to West Scotland was delayed in transit by 24 hours. The items, burgers and chicken thighs arrived defrosted. I sent photos showing a skewer completely piercing through both products, assuming this would be adequate to ensure that my request for a replacement order sent within the usual timeframe would be immediately approved. How wrong I was. I then engaged in a lengthy email exchange over several days with Liz of Customer Services, arguing my case that the items were not as described on the website- frozen as they usually are on arrival ready to be put straight into the freezer, to be defrosted and cooked at my leisure and inclination.

Her upbeat advice was inappropriate, somewhat patronising and fairly ridiculous. She suggested that I eat the fourteen defrosted burgers in two days. This was met with derision on my part. The chicken thighs, which both she and James persisted in describing as “thawed slightly” were to be refrozen. I was not going to risk refreezing chicken thighs which had softened in transit. They are described on their website page as arriving frozen. These are the terms of sale.

No longer wanting to risk a replacement order arriving defrosted and having to embark on another struggle with Edenmoor Customer Service, I requested a refund which has been given. Because of this I have amended my initial more vitriolic review, but I feel their recalcitrant attitude towards unhappy customers can only negatively affect sales. They have certainly lost my custom.

Amazing company! Very high quality food. Packed and delivered very well. One of the best customer services I've ever dealt with. Products are not Halal which is why I bought from them and will from now on. I'll never buy meat from supermarkets again.

Have just received my first box from Edenmoor having been a Pipers customer for many many years. Ordering and delivery was as good as ever but oh dear, the sausages were awful. I've always considered Pipers sausages to be some of the best but I won't be buying these again (natural breakfast). They
lacked flavour, seasoning and texture. Very synthetic. I'm hoping the rest of my delivery hasn't changed in quality!

Easy to use Webshop and very good quality meat. I ordered liver and bones - quick shipping.
Only I would like more ice packages in the box because one meat I had to defrost straight away because it was very defrosted.

You can taste the difference in this meat. Why would anyone eat Iceland or any supermarket is beyond me. We need to directly support good farmers who produce outstanding products like these farms. Animals are suppose to eat grass and see daylight as do all living things. All super market meat, eggs and milk live in horrible ways. Free range in supermarkets mean chicken live indoors, fed crap with a living space of a sheet of paper. Cow on concrete all year. Chickens I would not even feed the dog with. Milk from cows that don't eat grass on loads of mess. I love this beautiful farm shops
