Excellent Customer Service – Thank You, Chad!
I had an issue with my delivery, which was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address by InPost. Understandably, this was frustrating, but I must say that Eden Books handled the situation exceptionally well.
I contacted their customer service team and spoke with Chad, who was extremely helpful, professional and understanding. Without hesitation, he arranged for another copy of the book to be dispatched immediately rather than leaving me waiting for the delivery issue to be resolved.
Interestingly, I eventually managed to locate the original book, and Eden Books promptly provided me with a returns label so I could send the additional copy back.
I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. Chad demonstrated excellent customer service, took ownership of the issue and ensured that I was not inconvenienced any further than necessary.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely puts its customers first. A big thank you to Chad and the Eden Books team for turning what started as a frustrating delivery experience into a very positive one.
I would happily recommend Eden Books based on this experience!
