Arrived as advised. Delivery driver very helpful.

One of the decking slats is split, one has a burn mark and one damaged along an edge. I only found these when unpacking and laying, so I used these on the edge to cut around the pergola posts.

Overall very pleased with the kit, looks amazing now completed.

Nice product

Nice product, it would have been a lot easier if I didn’t have to measure all the wood individually then look for the correct letter.

I was grateful that the wood was packaged in set stages.

Shocking service from edecks uk,placed…

Shocking service from edecks uk,placed my order for delivery within 1-7 working days,nearly 4 weeks before it arrived,after the due date I did receive a delivery date which was then cancelled,after a phone call that I made,I was informed they were out of stock,they obviously sell items and take your money knowing that they are out of stock and no phone call to advise of this,and if I hadn’t of made numerous phone calls regarding the order I would of been left in the dark as they never attempted to inform me at any point,the items were actually of a decent quality,but nothing can make me recommend any part of their service and total lack of communication,shall never use them again

Great value and quality highly recommend

Was looking for wood for a heavy duty fence looked at pallet wood and boarding but came across the reject value decking by eDecks at a great price so ordered it, arrived as tracking said. I was surprised how great the quality was for what was supposed to be rejected decking did the job perfectly would highly recommend this company and it's product's.

Looks good, small quality issues

Overall looks good. Not the most sturdy, it does sway a bit. Will have to reinforce it in some areas. 75mm crews provided were terrible, majority of them were bent causing the heads to round off. Ended up just buying some better quality ones. Be aware that bolt anchors also dont come with it, so add an extra £50 to your build budget.

Delivery driver was very good.

Good website and good service

All the wood arrived undamaged, though after arranging for someone to be home for the delivery, the courier delivered the items on two consecutive days instead of in one go, but no fault of eDecks for this.
