I have talked to many companies about our energy contracts and sometimes they can be an irritation, however Paula Nellist was a pleasure to deal with. At all times personable and friendly, but also extremely professional and with an excellent grasp of our needs as a potential client, as well as detailed knowledge of the energy market.

I have been dealing with Paula Nellist, for over 5 years now, nothing is to much trouble for Paula, she is always Available if you have any issues and will always let me know if she can get me a better deal, I highly recommend Paula :) first class customer service from a first class lady - thanks Paula
