Nathan Stockill, was just what we needed after being let down time and time again by our soon to be ex supplier for electricity. ECBS have been there for us all the way and would highly recommend

ECBS are a breath of fresh air in comparison to other energy companies I have worked with. I have been working with Beverley Forster to secure a few of our businesses energy contracts and she has been so helpful and informative.

There was never any pressure and the rates she came back with were very competitive.

I was cold called by ECBS recently by one of your Energy Specialists. They spent alot of time trying to convince me that I needed another energy broker for our business and eventually I gave in and allowed them to send me a LOA. However, our normal broker organised prices we were happy with. Because I failed to go back to your business, I get a phone call today where your specialist said I had wasted his time and that he couldn't even get a reply to his generic emails.

I wasn't happy with the tone or service provided.

To be clear, I didn’t sign anything or request anything. We got to the stage where YOU had asked for more information from me. I hadn’t got back to you so no real work was undertaken by your company. As soon as your agent called me, I told them I wouldn’t be taking it further. There is no justification for his tone or your pressure sales.

I have been dealing with Lauren via phone calls. I found her to be friendly and extremely helpful. I had several issues with the previous broker which she has managed to sort for me.

And has sorted out a new energy contract
Jonathan has a lot of knowledge on the energy market and was a great help in putting me on the right contract

The two Lee's at ECBS are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Explained in detail all the charges that are levied against businesses and how best to mitigate these where possible.

I have worked with Declan over a number of years for multiple businesses I look after. He has great knowledge of the industry and is always honest with his assessment of the prices provided. There is no push from ECBS that you find with various 'companies' across the industry and he will work to your needs and requirements

Excellant Customer service, Jonathan Colgan is very dedicated and professional, his approach is very much to educate you, so you can make a better and more informed decision for the Environment and not just the sell price. we have locked in prices up to 2030 which helps the business with budgets so we can predicate costs and favourable to lock in prices while the market fluctates.

I have been dealing with a gentleman named Gareth Scullion for over 3 years now, he has always been very polite and extremely helpful. He has helped by answering any queries as quickly as possible, he even helped to deal with the very persistent energy providers that just will not stop calling. He is very easy to talk to, and does exactly as he says.

Declan from ECBS has been most helpful and instructive in his advise. He has helped manage our our gas and electric contracts for a few years now and we feel in safe hands. Based on my experience, I would recommend the company to others. His communication has been a cut above the rest.
