I really liked Ebonyline until they banned me from ordering from them because I made a PayPal dispute. They'd much rather be petty and lose my business as a long time custoner because they're mad I filed a dispute.

I received the wrong product, I ordered gray, salt and pepper and received brown and black. I checked it out several times before finally completing the order. I don't want a replacement, I'm requesting a full refund. So disappointed!

Never again! Ordered a wig on Jan 19 and still haven’t received an update or response. Of course I want a refund of course have no replies to that! They are scammers and will keep your money if they can! Beware I’m still waiting for a response or the wig itself!

Never received my package 📦 saying can’t allocate address

Curious about it was through FedEx I just had received package from them orders from other stores. Without any inconvenience.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I ORDERED A WIG TWO WEEKS AGO, FOR A FUNERAL I WAS ATTENDING ON YESTERDAY JANUARY 10, 2026. I PAID FOR PRIORITY USPS ONE DAY SHIPPING, SO I'D HAVE IT ON TIME. TODAY IS THE 11TH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED CONFORMATION THAT IT EVEN SHIPPED! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE FIRST TIME, I PAID FOR PRIORITY THEN TOO MY WIG WAS SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA WHERE IT REMAINED. I WAS REFUNDED TWO MONTHS LATER. THEY NEVER EVEN INFORMED ME NOT EVEN ONCE! I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I purchased two wigs from this company and l only received one. I sent pictures of the package that was left and you can clearly see only one wig can fit. I went back and forth with them and nothing was done. They stated it shows two wigs were sent. Obviously it was wrong. It is upsetting because l have purchased a few wigs from them . I will never purchase another one . I had no reason to lie.

My wig came in a damaged box and without the paper wrapping and gold seal that that line of wigs always come with.

I just ordered two wigs from ebony line and was really really disappointed,I can’t wear these wigs the hair are like Halloween wigs hair . I should have known better because I have ordered from them several times before and never was satisfied.I have only wore one wig out of the the bunch I have ordered. This company will never get my order again I’m finish !

Absolutely brilliant The shipping was fabulous ordered on a Monday arrived the following Monday FROM AMERICA!!! to the UK my order was great also the prices . My first time ordering with this company. But will definitely order again . Very happy customer

Ebony Online has been my personal and preferred online wig stylist. I have been ordering my beautiful wigs from Ebony Online for almost a year. I have been very successful at purchasing all of my products and wigs. Timeliness and efficiency has been my personal experience. I almost feel as if I have my own personal Gorgeous wig subscription. I have had numerous compliments with every purchase.

I placed an order for 2 hair pieces from Ebonyline on Sept. 14, 2025 and I received another customer hair pieces that lives in Austin, TX. on 9-19-25. I sent them an email to let them know I received someone else hair pieces. They ask me to take a picture of the merchandise I received and I did. I advised them that I should not have to pay to send this back. They informed me they would send me a return label. I had to continue emailing them about the label. They finally sent it on 10-10-25 because they were not going to refund my $49.69 until I returned the other person hair pieces and I had no problem sending it back because it's not the kind of hair that I wear. Not once did they offer to send me the 2 hair pieces I ordered. I returned the hair back to them and they received it on 10-20-25 per USPS. I had to keep emailing them about my refund. They kept telling me it would take 5-7 business days to process. I FINALLY received my refund back to my credit card account on Nov. 5,2025. I will NEVER order from them again!!! Poor customer service.

Paid for express shipping shipping and ordered it before the 2 o’clock deadline to make sure that it got put in with the other packages only to find out that I won’t be getting it express shipped and now I’m waiting for it to be rescheduled because they never delivered it to UPS waste of money what is the point of charging an extra $12 for shipping just for y’all to not even ship it on time?!

They’re good as long as you don’t have an issue with the product. I received defective hair from Shake N Go and showed them video proof. They stated that the defect was normal and declined any help. I will never order from here again and I was a long term customer. I am also boycotting Shake N Go because this is the second defective product I’ve received from them. They are deceptive and are committing fraud.

Paid extra for expedited shipping. On the day that I was supposed to receive my package I received a notification that my package wouldn’t be delivered for 2 more days. Company refused to refund any shipping costs. Basically they took my money, didn’t provide the service that I paid for and didn’t care.

They have the WORST customer service ever. My product was delivered mauled by RODENTS and they did not blame the shipping service but ME. I’ve shopped with them since 2018 and have been left with the unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Shop literally anywhere else but here and beware of their TikTok and Amazon shops too.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and was very disappointed when I ordered wigs on Tuesday 23rd Sept for the express delivery that should’ve arrived on Thursday 25th Sept. I paid an extra $15+ for the express service , and now I’m wondering whether the wigs were shipped in time. The ETA is now scheduled for Monday 29th when I will not be in the country to receive the package. I emailed the company and they were very very unhelpful with their response stating that they do not control shipping times. My question is if that is the case then why bother offering an express service when it does not work and does not deliver when it says it should. I have now lost out on my wigs and money for extra shipping services. No follow up response and no regards that I have shopped with them for years - disappointing and very upsetting

Update...... my claim with ups was cancelled and I didn't do it and ups said someone cancelled it. I only dealt with ebonyline trying and begging for them to call ups. And of cause once again, nothing and it's been a month with the same issue. Ebony line has gone down hill, with customer service and sending the right wigs. So I have no refund from ups cause ebonyline won't help and wig has gone, which I know they wi get it, and send it to someone else. Never again will I order from ebonyline. I get my wigs elsewhere.

They sit on the order for days then email saying product not available. Well refund my money! You all knew it wasn’t in stock before order was placed! Keep up with inventory! Trying to sell products in too many places at once like TikTok then your actual website and you can’t keep up with inventory

I have no issue with this company. I have ordered from them before. Recently I ordered 3 wigs and some accessories on 8/29/25. I immediately received a confirmation of my order. A day or two later, I received the shipping confirmation and on 9/5/25 my order was delivered via fedex. Within one week of purchase, I had my order even though it was Labor Day week. It's a good company in my opinion.
