Eazylett Arvostelua 3

I have been letting properties through Eazylett for 15 years. They are excellent. Always go out of their way to help when there are any issues. They make the difficult situations so much easier to deal with as a landlord plus they have always guided me through the things I need to do to ensure I am a good landlord. There have been times when I needed to get work done and couldn't afford to and they organised it and allowed me to pay monthly. I've always felt they had good values of getting the balance right between supporting me as a landlord and helping me to see what was important to ensure I was doing right by my tenants.
They've listened to a good few rants from me about what tenants have done and really empathised then helped me by suggesting what should be done about those issues. They're great.

They are trying to transfer old tenants debts to their new customers. A property in Crewe - 78 West Street, owned by Paul Mills has a big debt to British Gas due to a poor maintenance of the gas supply system - around £50.000 and they are trying to transfer this debt to their tenants.

Pleasant when signing on to rent one of their properties, horribly unprofessional with communication when it comes to issues with the properties. They waited 2 months for a roofer to arrive whilst the house grew mouldier throughout Winter whilst we have a infant in the house. Refuse to discuss rent reductions seriously and when the roofer arrives, he refuses to do the work, 2 week wait for another roofer. Still waiting on this to be fixed, soon to be 3 months since the issue began and yet we still await any rent reductions or even a full report on damages and dangers! Sickening.
