Awful! Do not use for four reasons:
1) They did they not deliver on time, and their delivery date was by 4pm Wednesday 27 November 2019, confirmed both by email to me and on their online portal. Then they had the cheek to email me back and say they had delivered to me a day early.
2) When the text was reviewed by my colleague who speaks Arabic, he confirmed they basically dumped the English text into Google translate and the whole thing doesn't make sense.
3) Not all of the English was translated into Arabic.
4) A bunch of amateurs - you may as well pour petrol on the £60 we spent using them and burn it - AVOID, DO NOT USE!!!

EasyTranslate heeft inmiddels al meerdere vertalingen voor ons verzorgd. Een offerte heb je dezelfde dag in huis en de vertalingen worden snel geleverd en zijn van goede kwaliteit.

Alltid politelig. Møter opp punktlig. Hvis ikke, ringer tolken. Kort svartid ved henvendelser. Hyggelig medarbeider.

Easy to work with, responsive PMs.

I have been working with EasyTranslate for more than 4 years on a regular basis. It is great to work with them, all the PMs are really helpful, friendly and really care about the doubts you ask them about the projects, they always answer really fast and contact the client quickly when needed to ensure the quality of the translation.
They always offer me really interesting projects according to my specialties. Last year I had to take a maternity leave and was quite worried about having the same workflow after the leave. Honestly, I did not have to worry at all since they were really understanding and I have all the workflow that I used to have before.

I’ve been working as a freelance translator for EasyTranslate for almost 4 years now and I’m very happy about our collaboration. If you as a translator have the capacity to deliver high quality translations, they have the capacity to offer you a lot of work. The project managers are friendly, responsive and easy to work with and moreover a lot of them have a great sense of humour ;). As an agency EasyTranslate were very understanding during my parental leave last year and when I was ready to work full time again they could offer me as much work as I wanted. There have been some issues with payments in the past, but as I understood it they have taken the necessary steps to avoid that in the future. I give EasyTranslate 5 stars out of 5 since they are very professional and passionate about language and translation just like me :)

I have been working with Easy Translate for 2 years now as a translator and interpreter and it works just fine.
The only "problem" is that the workflow is a bit unpredictable, but I guess that is part of the game when you are part of a community like this.

They failed to deliver in time, our client was very unhappy with the translations and they charged the whole amount although they claim to guarantee quality and to keep deadline. Also they are almost impossible to come in direct contact with. So our recommendation is to avoid them at all cost.

I am a freelance translator for may years. I am from Malaysia. In August 2019, I was offered to do a translation for this Company and it went really well. But then, they asked to send the hardcopy document to their client who is staying in Switzerland. I gave them 2 quotations for the courier services and they agreed to pick the cheapest and raise the rate of payment in order to cover for the courier cost.
I checked in the portal, nothing is changed till today. After sending numerous number of emails to them but no response was given until I mentioned to them that I need to pass reviews to warn people about the company. My payment was supposed to be paid on 30 Sep 2019, but NOTHING is paid. I had to call the PM, she took the call and gave sweet talk as well as assurance that they will change the figure and send the payment very soon. Imagine, I have to incur cost for call them from Malaysia to France.
And again things go back to square one, promises after promises but no action is done. I used to chase payments and managed to get them, But this time, I spent a lot time and this has reached at the peak of my disappointment. Very bad company, just be aware that all the sweet reasons, promises and emails are totally lies...Just avoid this company. It only brings the negative aura to move forward.

Ganz ehrlich? Ich habe mit sehr gemischten Gefühlen mich das erste Mal auf die Zusammenarbeit mit EasyTranslate eingelassen.
Es war einfach zu wichtig, dass die beiden Dokumente innerhalb von wenigen Tagen von einem vereidigten Dolmetscher aus dem Deutschen ins Englische übersetzt werden. In Hamburg habe ich leider niemanden finden können. Natürlich erstmal bei Trustpilot die Bewertungen gelesen, dann die Webseite sich angeschaut. Die Webseite überzeugte sehr - alles übersichtlich, funktionell (Zahlung über PayPal fehlte mir allerdings), absolut tadellose, sofortige Kommunikation mit einem bestimmten Ansprechpartner (Frau Barnickel vielen Dank auch an Sie an dieser Stelle).

Freitags habe ich den Auftrag erteilt und die Dringlichkeit geschildert. Bereits am SAMSTAG hatte ich im System die Übersetzungen zum Download bereit und MONTAG um 10:00 Uhr früh auch die Originale aus Dresden per Express geliefert bekommen !!! Außergewöhnliche Leistung, wie logistisch, so auch professionell. Die englischen Übersetzungen waren nicht nur an die Form des Originals, sondern auch an Schriftart und Aufbau angepasst. Frau Hänsch ist sehr zu loben - wie akribisch sie ihre Arbeit ausgeführt hat . Liebes EasyTranslate-Team halten Sie sich diese Wahnsinns-Mitarbeiterin warm )))

PS: Leute, macht doch bitte auch die Bewertung bei GOOGLE. Im Gegensatz zu TRUSTPILOT sieht es dort ziemlich düster aus. Qualität muss belohnt werden. Für Gutes muss man loben.

Excellent translation agency, one of my major customers/partners for 4 years now.

- The PMs are friendly, responsive and help you where possible. Unlike other companies they actually care for the translator and don't treat them interchangeable. They remember your name.
- If you do a good job, they'll come back to you.
- They have jobs of all sizes and from almost all genres. Very interesting.

Really easy website experience, great communication from Rik. A very timely and professional service all round.

Have to chase your own payment (as a freelancer).

Payment can be late up to 20+ days.
Being told after 2 weeks overdue that finance team 'did not' pay me.
The company is not communicative, won't reply to emails after awhile.

I ask them politely several times via email for the payment update, but to no avail.
Leave negative reviews, get the money within several days.

The company is legit and trustworthy, just don't expect to be paid on time, and do expect some chasing.
