Fraud Danish company that never pays translators on time or not at all. Also you have no earn over 50 euros minimum to withdraw your money so you can wait for years to get the minimum 50 euros to receive your money.

Customer service is very aggressive and rude and keeps telling lies and lies about the "made" payment although the payment has never even been sent out.

NOT RECCOMENDED THIS FRAUD!

Man kan ikke komme igennem på telefonen til dem, man kan ikke finde det relevante på hjemmesiden, ingen svar på de mail, man sender til dem. Uhyre ringe.

Nicht nur, dass die vor der Bestellung erwähnten Teillieferungen nicht erfolgten, sondern auch die Frist für die komplette Lieferung wurde nicht eingehalten. Dachte mir, na gut, besser als nix. Aber dann bemerkte ich so viele Fehler in den Transkriptionen der Interviews, dass ich mehrere Tage tatsächlich nacharbeiten musste. Es wurde eine Transkription durch erfahrene Linguisten versprochen, jedoch wurde anscheinend die Transkription (wir reden hier von 120 Seiten) maschinell gemacht, das merkt man schon daran, wenn andauernd solche Wörter (original aus der Transkription!) vorkommen: "das heiisst", "ursprunglich", "darum as is", "premisen", "gleichblibene" und das wirklich bei jeder zweiten Zeile... Also, eindeutig maschinell, mittels eines Softwares, das hätte ich auch hingekriegt. Tatsächlich hat mir der Auftrag mehr Zeit gekostet als wenn ich die Interviews selber transkribiert hätte. Das war für mich eine erste und letzte Erfahrung, leider werde ich künftig die Leistungen dieser Firma weder selber nutzen, noch empfehlen. Schade.

Jeg bestilte en oversættelse 5.2.2019 og skulle have den certificeret pris 3750kr for godt en side, men da det hastede accepterede jeg prisen- jeg skulle have den fredag og andre kunne ikke så hurtigt.Torsdag fik jeg oversættelsen med mail og ikke mere. Jeg måtte i udlandet selv købe en og selv dd har jeg intet modtaget med posten. Hold jer fra dette firma og når Forbrugerombudsmanden har talt i sagen vil afgørelsen blive lagt på nettet. I needed a document translated into four languages. I had searched with a number of organisations, all of which quoted a high amount which was far outside of my budget. However, Easy Translate were able to provide an excellent price and I did not have to wait long for my documents. However, one translation was not in the format I needed and was presented as a list of translated sentences. Unhappy with this, I asked them if they were able to help and provide a document that matched the one I had originally sent. Willem and Ewa were the ones who sorted out my query at no extra cost and sent me a new translation, as per my original format, within the day. Cannot fault their assistance and they were very helpful throughout. Rare to get such good customer service nowadays!

The people I spoke to are nice and overall communication was good and friendly, but the translation was not as good as I expected. The text should have been translated from English to French, but I received a lot of negative feedback from my French colleagues: the words were French but the sentences were not.

I explained the situation, and the reaction was proactive and OK. Unfortunately, I still had to pay the bill (so double expenses because we had to rewrite ourselves), but I would go here again to give it another try.

They are too incompetent to charge invoices and have no processes in place to follow up on unpaid invoices... after months the first communication I got from them was them threatening with debt collectors for an invoice that wasn't even 300 EUR.

The translation service was good, but their customer service pathetic and insulting.
