They took £9.95 then asked me for
£1.99 more never said that at beginning so I didn’t pay the £1.99 so do I still get that I ordered then

Just like other people I have been tricked… and lost money.
And although I see many very negative reviews about this company nothing appears to be done to stop them!
This is better than robbing a bank! Is the police doing anything about it ?
What is the point of trust pilot logging all these reports then….

I have no idea who or what this company is and can only summise it is a scam.

Checking my card statement there are 3 payments taken. I've looked through my emails and there have been no receipts, orders nor delivery notes of any items.

I've been housebound due to illness and only just noticed this. I haven't been out for weeks to shop and purchase anything.

Will be getting these claims reversed.

I dont know who this company is, but l had a £1 payment taken one day, and then a £39.47 payment taken the next, both without my authorisation. I have never bought or authorised any payts with this company. I have taken it up with my bank who are disputing the charges for me!

Scam via facebook . attempted £39.95 from my card. Bank picked it up as fraud

SCAMMERS I thought the offer was good £9.85, ut then didn't complete online purchase and they took it anyway, stupidly I didn't remove my bank details before closing ad. Since that taken 2 x £39.95. Trying to get bank to sort this!

Do not buy anything from this company, they have scammed me for cream that I thought were £9.95 they took that out of my bank account and have taken another payment of £39.47 I've tried to email them 4 times and still no respond, I haven't received the cream either this is unceptable! I can't find a way to stop these payments coming out. I think its a subscription and I can't stop it.

How this company works is despicable they need finfung & stopped they took a payment of £9.99 from my flex card which was blocked as soon as I realised it was scam & today they have manged to take a further £39.47 from my main bank account !!

Pure scam. Immediately contact your bank if you have a debit (whatever, since they use the subscription ruse and continue to take monies over which you have no bank recourse)
Have learnt, (A) keep an eye on your transactions, as this company (whoever they are) will continue to take monies from your account.
(B) If you use a debit card, banks are unhelpful, always use a credit card where you will get greater protection.

I want payments to stop taking money from my account asap I don't know who they are or what it's for

Yet another scam there is a phone number 0800 211 8309 when you dial it picks up and before you can say anything the phone is put down. Which shows they ARE SCAMMERS
HOPE THEY LIKE DOING THIS TO PEOPLE. TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

EASYONLINEBUDGET.COM have been taking money from my account without my authorisation! I noticed a £1 deduction in April, but let it go as a small amount, BUT in May they took £39.47 twice! I contacted them by email as the phone is dead, and was told it was for 'Membership' & that they were valid charges. Membership for what! I have not signed up for anything, received no goods or services? They will not refund the money, so I will have to pursue the issue further, taking up my time and effort. Watch out for there charges and block via the bank straight away!

This company need to be stopped I got caught by the scam they got £9.95 with no product ever turning up, I reported my card stolen and I’m glad I did they have tried to take £39.95 4 times. This company is a total scam.

This company snuck in with a £9.95 withdrawal from my current account. They then went on to take £ 39.47 on several occasions before I realised what was going on. I contacted my bank's fraud team, and they blocked the company from any further withdrawals and sent me a new card. I honestly do not know how they got my details?? I now hope I can be refunded by my bank???

Named themselves as Boots, twice robbed me in the amount of £39! Need to contact my bank ASAP because of the "scammers"

Was charged £39.95 by this company, and I'm not sure how it happened. My bank refunded the money. The next month they charged me again! My bank again refunded me. The 3rd month they took another payment, at which point my bank recommended changing my debit card, which I did.
I still get a monthly notification saying the payment to the scammers has been declined because I reported my card lost or stolen.
They will never give up!
They need to be closed down!!

A scam company posing as John Lewis. Claimed to be a John Lewis survey / competition that wanted £1 to be entered. After completing the £1 payment it moved me on to another site to pay extra, I immediately thought this was suspicious and realised the initial payment did not go to John Lewis but to easyonlinebudget.c and after checking on Trustpilot I could see they were going to keep taking payments that I did not authorise. So I contacted my bank and cancelled my card. 6 days later they have tried to take £39.47 out of my account. Luckily it’s been declined. I did contact easy online budgets directly for them to cancel any subscription they had fraudulently signed me up to & to stop taking any further payments that I did not authorise but they did not reply.
