The web UI is a great alternative to mucking around with nzb files. DCMA takedowns appear to still happen though so you have to be fast, but it seems to happen less frequently and with more delay than other venues.

The Best Usenet Provider - Hands Down
Been with them for many years and will probably stay with them for many more. Great retention, reliable and always fast. Their web service also works with most download accelerators and VPN's.
