Great place to buy earbuds

Fantastic range of earbuds, great discounts, and superb customer service team!
Was looking for balanced earbuds and the customer rep was understanding and explained every question thrown at him.
Would deffo recommend

Very good customer service

I would like to thank Earspan for my latest purchase. I really thank you for accepting the earbuds I had to return due to a fault and sending me a different brand I asked for at the same price even though they were slightly more expensive than the previous ones. This shows you are customer focused.. keep up the good work. I hope you would increase your collection. I for one am defenitely going shop on your website soon. Regards sam

Your order were fully refunded with in a few hours of your order placement so we don't leave you hanging. Inventory numbers when low do run out from time to time. This happens quite frequently in a retail setting. please be more forgiving with your reviews. Our team did their best to rectify this with the speed of the refund.

Excellent Service

Earspan have provided excellent service. They have replaced malfunctioning earbuds without an issue. Service with a smile and with the customer always in focus. I could not recommend them more highly. They suggested alternative earbuds that suited my purpose perfectly. Thank you Earspan!

Item was delivered to NZ within 5…

Item was delivered to NZ within 5 working days. Had a query regarding tracking so I messaged the earspan Facebook page and got a response within 1 hour which answered my question. I'd use earspan again!
