Good experience with DWI. Great prices and decent delivery speed. Overall very impressed and will use again.

Held up due to wanting verifiable ID? Sent photo of my drivers licence which could have been stolen as well !
Otherwise, amazing delivery time, packed very well, goods as stated.
Would deal with them again.

Love it. Love it. Love it.

I chose DWI AS MY preferred company as dealing with them is hassle free and very reliable. It was once again a pleasure doing business with DWI.

Good price and delivered promptly

The customer service is absolutely shocking. When I called up to see what the status on my delivery was, the woman I spoke to (her name was Jane) was so incredibly rude and far from professional. She actually laughed at my questions and made me feel so small and invaluable that if what I had purchased wasn't a gift for my mother then I would have cancelled the order and requested a refund.

I was also told I would definately receive my purchase in 3-4 business days.. instead it took 9 business days meaning my present was given late.

Will not shop from DWI again and have already warned people of the company.

I am extremely happy about my purchase. For a moment i was scared to buy a camera online but this was a great experience and put my fears to rest. I love my camera and so happy at how everything was managed.

I've ordered the new Samsung Gear 3S. The transaction, communication and speed of delivery (6 day) were fantastic.
Fully recommend to deal with DWI.

Quick delivery and the product was exactly as promised!

Was a bit hesitant before placing the order but my overall experience is very good. Received the phone within 5 days. Will buy again from them.

I should have done this long back. I recieved the parcel in 4 working days since ordering and the quality is exactly the same as the ones u get from store. I would recommend people to use their service without second though.

very accurate service, received item on the specified date and packing was good. Highly satisfied with DWI service.

I like the buying experience with ease of mind. The process is very clear and professional. My item arrived on time as expected.

My purchase decision was based on product & price. Placed my order for an ASUS Zenfone 3 with DWI digital cameras on Thursday after lunch, received email 10.00 pm that evening advising product had left Hong Kong warehouse. Received regular tracking emails & courier attempted delivery following Wednesday. very pleased with every aspect of my transaction.

Fast service, Great manufacturer's products and best of all great prices. I am a regular shopper here now.

Best price and very quick delivery.

Great prices, fast delivery and product is as described.

I bought a couple of things from DWI and they came super quick. They came in 2 days after the dispatch date. They also have really good customer service too, and one of the best pricing. All the products from here are also included with 1 year warranty which is awesome.
Thanks again DWI, for the awesome experience. I look forward to shop with you guys again.

One of the best shops I've bought from. I ordered something on Monday morning and in came on Wednesday afternoon. This website even delivers faster than Australian shops! I bought two things from here and they was never a problem. My first order did get delayed because of stock reasons, but I contacted us customer service and they said just wait. It did come but it was just stock delay. Thanks, dwi for a great shopping experience.

Buying process was very easy, shipping was very fast and the product in excellent condition. Will purchase again.
