DVD Empire Arvostelua 12

Received defective, this has happened multiple times over the last 3 years. I refused to return the bad disc until I got a replacement to be sure it functioned ok, but they declined. Have been a loyal customer, spending a fair amount on their DVD's so I told them I won't return the defective disc and will not use their company again if this is how they treat really good customers.

Same story as everyone else

Never received order, No tracking number
I requested refund
Customer servicve person Ivy told me to wait until June 11 2024 then call back.. Complete rip -off

First I will state that despite giving DVD Empire a 1 star, I had no choice in order to write this review. They should receivce a -5.
The customer service is by far the worse I have ever encountered, They claim to have shipped an order for which I paid for yet they are unable to provide the proof of shipment, the tracking number, that I requested. They claim they do not have this information and that if I want it, that I have to contact UPS. This company is nothing but a scam and con. DO NOT buy from them! EVER!

i ordered a toy and got this back after waiting for almost a week!!!Thank you for contacting me. I will gladly help you with your order. I found order number 143282186 made on 03/26/2021. The item in this order is on back order. This means when out warehouse is out of stock on a product and is waiting to restock. Due to the pandemic, this can take up to six weeks to be fulfilled >>>>>LOL i ordered the next day from amazon got item 3 days LATER!!!!

Horrendous customer service. Ignore all emails I’m currently going through the mills of chasing a refund as they’ve not delivered or replied to any emails. Uk customer. Avoid like the plague.

This is the worst company on the internet. It took me 2 months of back and forth email for a refund on an item then claimed they didn’t carry anymore. Then they just stopped responding... SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!!

Avoid! The customer service is garbage. After years and many dollars spent the customer service is what pushed me away. Not only getting hung up on... treated rudely and nothing done for the lack of help... will be taking my business elsewhere. Again, I'm telling you this as former customer... avoid this company...

Scammers!! Do not deal with this company! They will scam you! I sent them 55 DVDs to buy and they are supposed to pay me $146 within 14 days. They have had my DVDs for over 5 weeks and will not respond to emails or calls. They have scammed me! Please do not deal with this fraudulent company.

The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

They do not ship an ordered and paid for DVD and do not respond to your emails. Ordered the lion king DVD for my daughter on 26 December and still not received and have sent 14 emails to their customer service dept!
WARNING - do not use this company they will steal your money

DVD order not delivered after 1 month, money taken from my credit card, no response to several emails.
NEVER USE AGAIN

These guys are in the biz of stealing money. They do not ship your movie. If you want to wait for months for your movie to ship, or just have to deal with their crappy support in INDIA then go with them. dvd empire should be called ripoff empire. JUNK
