very nice service, good chair

While purchasing the delivery date was mentioned as 10-Nov however even after 1 week the product is still not delivered on 17-Nov.
Really bad experience.
No tracking information is provided and there are no updates from the company regarding shipment.

Order is still pending, Opt for EMI but couldn’t happen.

We have not yet received the product... How can we judge? Aren't you jumping the guns?

No updates on the delivery status. Tried number of time to reach customer service team. But they always provide same answer that someone from backend team will contact you. But no one bothered to call.

Installation of product is still pending. Seems made wrong decision to opt for durian product.

Delivery process is too slow , a week time to deliver in city like Gurgaon where you have outlets , is just not appreciated

online sales experience is horrible and delivery is VERY late.

Have ordered 3+1 sofa, which I found very nice...always wanted to have furnitures from Durian...😀

The chair was delivered in separate parts in a carton. No contact for assembly for close to a month. The thing is unusable for me. Am I paying for chair parts or a chair that one can sit on ?

Excellent customer service.

After lot of online search...finally I got what I was looking for. A perfect chair for work from home. It's very strong with steel base and all the features you can think of. So finally my search and patience paid off.... And the best part was delivery, it was done within 3 days. Thanks Durian.

I cancelled my order due to the time to deliver. Till date I have no response on confirmation of cancellation and there is no response from customer support even after reminders. I have no information on the refund of my full payment made.

Faulty chair armrest & headrest: I have received the chair just yesterday and it's Armrest adjuster button came out on first use. Headrest doesn't stay in one place and it's adjustment doesn't work. I have raised a complaint and Durian executive has agreed to assist and rectify the issue which is really helpful. However, in my view these issues could have been spotted at the factory during quality control. Pretty disappointing that I had to receive a faulty product.

Used to think very highly of durian but a very bad experience overall.
1)The person who came for delivery & installation, was so confused and did many hit & trials while assembling the table. And during this, he drilled holes on the wrong side of the wood, which is outside and visible. Now this is looking extremely bad.
2) The drawer fell off the very next day. The channels used seem to be extremely poor quality. Have raised a complaint 2 days back (thru AI bot) and no one has called so far.
3) The customer care nos provided on the website are useless. You keep calling on those numbers and no one answers.

Ordered an office chair. It arrived 10 days early
It was already assembled and there were no issues while shipping. Happy with the overall experience

I cancelled the Item but amount not refunded till now
