Asked many questions and they were happy to answer

Asked many many questions and was answered with an apology because it was their busiest time (Black Friday week), was even invited to the shop for a chat to discuss which game would suit.
Ended up buying a system from them and it was swiftly dispatched and arrived in days.

Will be using again and taking a trip to visit them.
10/10 for customer service.

Speedy shipping

Great service received from Dungeonland. My first purchase with them and it was extremely good. I ordered a couple of figures on a Tuesday and they arrived by Thursday. Speedy shipping and delivery. Would purchase from them again.

Excellent company

A good thorough website and the item purchased arrived in good time and as advertised.
I didn't have any direct interaction with the company but thought their service was excellent

Always fast, reliable and helpful, plpus bricks and mortar. Knocks other retailer into a cocked hat.

Good service, happy customer

I hadn't used Dungeonland before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I'm happy to report that it was a good online shopping experience. The price was good, the communication was thorough, the delivery was quick, and the item was well packaged.

So, overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Dungeonland and I would be happy to use them again.

Reliable and quick

My order was dispatched swiftly and well packaged. The PDFs were available immediately as they were included in my purchased items. Dungeonland is a great shop, I just wish it were close enough for me to go and browse instead of having to order via the internet!

Excellent choice of games, great communication and top class customer services, such as holding back a shipment for me as I was away. This is my go to store for RPG's.
