So glad I ONLY lost $100 to this absolute scam of a company. Don’t do it. “Terms and conditions” that are endless and only designed to keep you from cashing out. They wouldn’t refund my money- I didn’t even want the winnings, just my initial deposit back. They claim they can’t refund bitcoin. They take your money very easily, but can’t seem to figure out how to give it to you when you win it or want a refund. It is nothing other than a scam. Made a deposit and played for awhile. Won $2500 and after verification (which took weeks) I requested a withdrawal. The max you can withdraw at a time is $2500. They informed me that I accepted a bonus and therefore I can only withdraw $100 at a time of which they take $53 service charge each time. Here's the kicker, once I withdraw $100, I forfeit the remainder of my winnings. They said I agreed to this when I accepted the bonus!! -You have to withdraw a minimum of $150 so you are always out $150.
-There is a $51 charge to withdraw your money. I have never had to pay it because they always reject my withdrawals.

I played some free spins and won. In order to cash out you have to spend a certain amount ($1750 in my case). Ok I spent that amount and then some. So when I go to cash out I have to be verified. That takes a week. Once that complete now u have to wait 5 more days for processing then that times pass and they reverse your withdrawal with no notification.
