After reading many of the 1 star reviews, I felt obligated to throw in my 2 cents and try to let people know why I like DuckLuck.
The majority of the complaints I read involved withdrawal procedures and if you are new to online gaming then the one thing you must understand before making a deposit is using a "bonus" offer or promotion. Read the terms and conditions thoroughly and you will better understand what you are getting into. I personally never use bonuses because I feel they favor the house more than the player. Most have a ridiculous playthrough requirement and a maximum cash out amount. Which means that if you're lucky enough to meet the playthrough requirements then you need to know exactly how much you can withdraw. Let's say you've done well and wagering amount has been reached and you are looking at 12 thousand dollars in your account. Well, before you go whining about how you've been robbed maybe you should have paid more attention to the terms and conditions of your "bonus". Usually 2500 to 3500 will be the most you can withdraw. Maybe more, maybe less depending on how much you deposited.
It's all there in black and white and fairly easy to understand if you take the time to read it.
Honestly, I would just make a clean deposit and skip the bonus. That way you have no limits or obstacles to overcome if you hit a good jackpot. Just take your money and go.
Another tip for the newcomer would be to open yourself a bitcoin wallet and use it for withdrawals. So easy and usually only takes 2 - 3 "business" days. Now, as much as I like DuckyLuck and the winnings I have accumulated there, I must be as honest and straight forward as possible so everyone understands what they're getting in to here. So.... here are my legitimate complaints about this casino and how they treated me.
I made a few withdrawals and had no issues until one day when I played some on the house free spins and hit a pretty good jackpot after completing playthrough requirements. Max cashout was $750 so I just forfeited about 2000 because I knew the terms. Ok, I got my money and the next time I signed in I noticed some changes. No more free spins or 10 percent instant cashback after losing etc.... so I went to customer support and asked why. They told me that I was considered a "professional" now and that I was no longer entitled to any freebies or comps or anything on the house. I was pissed to say the least. After spending thousands of dollars there and achieving VIP status, I was deemed too good for any complimentary deals.
It has been my experience that the players who spend more usually get more little perks and freebies etc... Not the case here! Seems a bit backwards to me and it remains a huge issue for me. I feel blacklisted or like I cheated or something. I have been a loyal patron of Ducky Luck and remain so to this day even though I know of several other places that have the exact same games and offer freebies in my emails almost daily.
I guess I just don't want to go through the whole dreaded verification process again so I just keep giving my money to a place that treats me like I'm a criminal for winning 750 bucks without depositing a dime. Kinda shitty but it is what it is, right?
Anyway, I somewhat hesitantly stand by my 4 star rating and I will say it again for the slower folks out there.... Complete and total scam. They will not let you cash out your winnings. They have a 40x deposit plus 40x the bonus on playthru but put a max cash out of 10x the deposit. So $6000 in playthru for a max cash out of $250. I had over $4500 as my balance and played almost double the playthru amount and $250 was all they would pay. Do you can win a jackpot but you'll never get it.. I would not recommend this site to anyone.. They just steal your money with no intention of ever having real jackpot winners. Worst casino ever

This place is a scam . I deposited money and won quite a bit more than I deposited so I cashed out . I did the bitcoin withdraw as it was the quickest option and free with no fees. I have sent all my verification stuff to receive my withdraw. For the last five days it’s oh we need pdf format or we can’t accept screenshots . Then this morning I wake up to a message telling me that my email isn’t registered with an account. The email that they have been responding to with updates about my withdraw. Just beware .
