Driving Test Genie Arvostelua

In 6 days since I joined, the app has found me ONE test for 5 months time. I have had to go onto the DVSA website myself and managed to get a test for next month.

Absolute scam. The 5-star reviews are cleary their friends and employees.

Don't give them your money.
Don't read the 5-star reviews.
I have asked for a refund, but they are unwilling to refund me.

I'm very impressed with this App their customer service has been great. Especially Laura she has made a very difficult situation more manageable. 5 stars from me.

We used this app and another one in 2023 for our eldest child...the Genie App sent far more test cancellations and with our eldest needing a few attempts to pass, we really made thr most of this cancellation service even managing to get us a test 5 months earlier than the original booked test. Second young adult now on the same journey..we have booked a test for February- but have decided to use the Genie App again as they did a great job last time and the support team reply to emails quick quickly and are helpful, so it's more than just the app.

Excellent service, I signed up for driving test genie so that i could get an earlier driving test. Within minutes of completing my sign up I had been offered a test 3 months earlier than the one I had booked. Easy to sign up to, very quick response. You have to pay for it but it well worth it. Very happy.

Great app really useful for finding cancellations

Brilliant service, brought my test forward by weeks!!

Amazing! So many different dates comes up :)

Test offered and booked within a few days of joining. Great service

We got offered a test really quickly on Driving Test Genie. Very impressed!

The Genie app is fantastic. It offers numerous cancellation options and boasts excellent communication with its team. Responses are quick and the support is incredibly helpful with any queries. A highly efficient and user-friendly service!

Very efficient service and fast response from customer services.

Great customer service. If I had an enquiry or a problem with my account I got an answer the same hour .

I had an amazing experience with Driving Test Genie! The app is incredibly useful for anyone looking to secure an earlier driving test date in the UK. I was able to find a cancellation just a few weeks after initially booking, which saved me from waiting months. The app constantly checks for new slots and notifies you as soon as one becomes available, making the whole process so much less stressful. Plus, booking through the app is super easy and efficient. Highly recommended for those in a hurry to get their driving license!

They do exactly what they say and it truly works always helpful would recommend to any one 👌

I’ve been using Driving Test Genie for quite some time now, but unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience. Despite multiple emails to their support team and ensuring all settings are correct, I haven’t received any notifications or cancellations for driving test slots. This is particularly disappointing, given the long wait times for tests and the app’s promise to help secure earlier dates.

Second time using the Test Genie service - I used the service 1 year ago, and I came back because it is, affordable, simple, and delivered results. The customer service is also very easy to connect with timely response times.

So pleased I've used Driving Test Genie. Only registered with them yesterday and they've already found me a new test date. Would definitely recommend them.

Gave me a quick test date !

Genie is an easy reliable way to check for cancellations and beat the waiting times. The system is easy to use and is guaranteed until you pass your test for a one of fee, although there is a free option. The communication is quick and reliable, any queries I have had have been answered promptly. Recommended app!

Been really good and efficient at finding and booking cancellations for my son. Unfortunately, my son has failed his test twice but his subscription continues until he passes so we can continue to use the service at no extra cost.
