Ahmenah was EXCEPTIONAL!!

Ahmenah was EXCEPTIONAL!!! From the time I called, to walking in, I received the best customer service experience. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. She made the entire process seamless! I walked out with my keys in my hand and paid nothing, besides buying insurance. 10/10! I purchased with Drive Time in 2019 and paid that car off and never had issues with it and still don’t. I can say that I love doing business with them. Great quality vehicles.

Emily Taylor is fantastic

Emily Taylor is fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us get our Chevrolet Spark. She called ran numbers for infoe for us and bam we were driving away. We love her. And will definitely buy from her again.

We first had the MOSTTT amazing customer service. Our sales lady Anna was absolutely amazing. She was patient, very, very informative, and made us feel like she cared about our experience. We were also happy with the warranty that we were offered. Great experience!!!!!!!

I was In need of good means of…

I was In need of good means of transportation and the Tram at Drive time were great. The sales agent Estrella was so nice and patient with me. She showed me so many cars without hesitation. Estrella explained all the terms and was a Great salesman. When I picked our the right vehicle for me. She showed all my options and made me buying my Suv a pleasant experience.

Very helpful and patient

Glad they/Cam took the time out to help me with a new purchase, she was very helpful and kind. I give Drive time and A-Plus on there business, much appreciated, thank again.

They waste your time .fill out…

They waste your time .fill out application on line they say your approved..so we Drive for a half hour for nothing she goes put 15000 down lol what a joke Kristen is a joke of a sales lady bc if I had 15000 dollars I'll go buy a car not finance

They were no help to me ever , don’t trust them because of known for conning other people daily. This keep of so call car service is full of crap , shame on them for giving many people con jobs on them . Would not recommend them to anyone

Deceiving

I did the online review it gave me a high down payment the dealer said come in and they could work with it well that was a lie. I do not recommend.
